Is a good loop, but isn't reggae. The kick has to be in the third time
The kick doesn't have to land on the three, unless it's a one drop. But, this would actually be 160 bpm because the snare is always on the three.

it was recorded in the 90's, in a british studio by a british drummer anyway... I accept any clarification on the style, I'm not a drummer
