You have to work in same company of UK that sponsored you.I for any reason they fire you then you have 60 days to search a new job in UK else have to go back to India as per skilled visa rule.

IELTS is not mandatory if you can get transcript from your University and a letter saying English was the language in your education . We got transcript from university and other one from college .

As long as you have the application in progress that you have already applied.. you should be ok even if brp expiring.. no need to apply psw.. as your skilled visa application is already in process..

The only way is to keep researching & applying.. you may not have the right skillset, communication or other gaps.. checkout our video on which skills you need to get a job.. find people on LinkedIn, make network.. ask them if there is any job,. reedit your CV and cover letter..

as UK Gov.t website says… It's currently taking 11 weeks on average to get a decision if you apply for a Skilled Worker visa from inside the UK. You may be able to pay to get a faster decision. How you do this depends on whether you're outside the UK or inside the UK.

its a same process, if you can find a sponsor then get job& CoS and apply for skilled worker visa. You can do it while being in the UK
