    I feel it to....i think we are too assessable... meaning years ago before social media we were more in the present ...these days we are soaking up too much information imagery it's around us 24/7 everything is fast paced.....we need to get back to nature to turn our mind off...less social media ...also mainly what we eat drink from restaurant...grocery stores etc...also Is affecting us!....that's all we are overstimulated.. happy anniversary 🎉

    I hear where you are coming from. Just continuing to do the same thing over and over and nothing is changing no matter if that's the RUclips channel or your working on some personal stuff it can become exhausting. When I have moments like that it's a few things that help me: 1- TRAVEL, no surprise there, right, lol. But having that time to get away from everything that i feel like is overwhelming or exhausting me allows me to reset. Clear the mind priorities my thoughts. 2- GYM again, it just allows me to focus only on me and be present where I am and not think about work and what I need to do next. 3- After I do either 1 or 2 I come back home set some goals and just work towards that and he'll the goal might be to just find time every day to make sure I go to the gym! ❤

      So such another relatable video.
      When I get like this, I 1. Journal 2. put something your looking forward to on the calendar you and the hubby anniversary and or we'll be going to the pumpkin patch 3.gratefulness with smallest things, i.e., extra fries in the bag at McDonald's or its Friday, and I can sleep in on Saturday find your little piece of peace.💛

    It’s kinda dumb but I’ve been loving putting lego sets together. We had my grandmother move in 2 weeks ago and our lives have been bananas. Happy anniversary ❤

      Thank you! I actually love that! I like to do puzzles so I’m all for the lego sets. Now that you mention it I have a Pepsi puzzle I can work on to decompress! Thanks.

    It's ok to have the "I don't want to feeling" there's nothing wrong with that you are human. Listen, our daughters cheer practice and school were canceled due to the bad weather here, and I was too excited. It's a lot of back and forth, and yes, much of the same each day.
    Shutting everything down or as much as possible and resting is necessary. Do a staycation. I was just telling a friend about that and she told me to make sure I add a massage or something to my staycation. Maybe you can try that. We have to realize that we can not do everything.
    I even though about adding a housekeeper to our budget.
    Grocery delivery or pick-up even helps with taking things off your plate.
    As content creators, we think a bit different. If we're out and see a moment, we want to capture it instead of enjoying the moment. We have to learn not to do that or decide before going somewhere that no matter what, we are not filming content.
    I don't want to write a book in your comments, but I hope you understand what I am saying.
    I don't have it all figured out and these are reminders for myself too.

      I’m glad I’m not the only one that secretly gets excited when sports practices get canceled. 😬🤣 you brought up a lot of good stuff. Maybe a massage and learning how to delegate. I have the WORST problem with that. The worst.
