Wow! I was interested in this product. But seeing employees mock their customers has totally turned me off. Doesn't speak well for customer support.

It happens when your Jean hasn’t been washed as much. And few month later, the stain on my case is slowly fading.

Worst reviews? I've been googling for non-biased sounding reviews, and trust me, it's not hard to run into reviews that are MUCH more critical than all of the ones in this video combined. Fun video, not helpful.
Good review to put in this video is one about the fact that the cases are not very snug and that is not good for protection. This would've been a good place to address that concern.
It honestly depends on the model and colour apparently. I know my case for my pixel 3 was not snug and often would pop off when taking it out of my pocket. Which means it offered little to no protection. I felt better off buying a plastic case that would last me longer and not break my phone because the environmental impact of buying a whole new phone and throwing out a phone is way worse than just a case.

i love my pela case and i dont really care that my jeans stain the sides since its not that noticeable, and it looks really nice, just wanna say that it smelled like mustard when i first got it lmao
I love my Pela cases. Currently using the honey bee on my pro max 😍. It’s so cute. Going to switch to the coral sea turtle next. Love the environment. Love these cases. Although, y’all really need to make an olive green for the pro max 😤

I have the honeycomb yellow case and I got it probably about a year ago, or something like that. Unfortunately, my case is very dirty, and when I tried to clean it with the method on your instagram, it didn’t work. My case might be very faded, though. Does that happen?
