Hanoi has alot of Vegan restaurants, most have a lunchtime all you can eat buffet menu. The food is wonderful and unique especially if you are new to Vietnamese Vegan food.
I head to one of my regular restaurants called Peace Vegan where the lunchtime buffet is 40,000 vnd / $2 USD all you can eat and give you the lowdown on what the menu is like, and a little insight into Vietnam culture plus we meet some unsuspecting little friends.

Thank goodness I watched this video after lunch, otherwise I would have taken a big bite of the computer video screen and have had huge dental problems. Seriously, that buffet looked delicious! I hope those food items are available now (during the pandemic) but with the workers serving it or bringing it out to you.
Yes the restaurant is still open, and no it's self service buffet. So no workers serving you, it's actually better that you can choose what you want to eat and put on your own plate.
