One love... I'm really surprising, I experienced this too.. By way of dreams, by visited some places n by doing some activities... But I was not able to understand well that things that time... I only felt some connections with me n some places which I felt like I visited earlier also... About 10 years ago, I had read about past life regression therapy to deal w/ past trauma. I had been in a state of depression at the time for about 4 years after my partner was murdered. I contacted a licensed practitioner named Talia Shaffir in my area and told her my entire story in an email. I eventually ended up doing 3 three hour sessions with her. I was skeptical but very open as I had been in traditional therapy that was not helping me at all. It was pretty mind blowing the past life that I connected with and all the parallels with my current (at the time) life. I have no idea how she pulled that out of me. . . I was a very young boy living on an island in the Caribbean and both my parents had been killed when I was too young to remember them so my grandmother and my uncles were raising me. My grandmother eventually died and I was so distraught over her passing. The therapy helped me focus on the knowledge and skills my grandmother had passed on to me and that I still had several family members who will continue to guide me and teach me while I grow up. I was able through the therapy to make peace with my grandmother's passing. I felt what I felt in that past life during the therapy session. After the last session, it was totally anti-climatic but strangely, I was at peace. I remember driving the hour long drive home, having no idea if the therapy had helped me at all but also realized that I could not have cried even if I wanted to. Before the therapy, I cried almost daily & felt such physical pain in my heart from my grief. After the sessions, I Never cried again - at least not in the same way I had been that was holding me back in life. I will FOREVER be grateful to that lady for helping me get over the most painful time in my life.
I have an opinion about how to determine a past life memory/experience. If u experience something traumatic (rape,car accident etc) in your current 3d reality then you start having a reoccurring “dream” that may be in black and white every time about the same subject. For me I got kidnapped and molested as a child. As a result I began having a reoccurring past life memory of discovering a little girl that was sexually assaulted and murdered. I was told my subconscious is recalling it to bring to my awareness that something karmic needs to be resolved in regards to the subject. Also I sporadically ran into a woman who is old enough to be my mother who experienced my dream here in the 3d. We both have identical stories. It occurred down south and I had never been there. I believe I confirmed to her who the murderer was.
What was wild was, last year me and my best friend took a trip together and we both had deja vu at the same time. Neither said anything at the time but later on I said something about having it and she told the same time I had it. So wild!! I believe I'm an old soul and I'm an empath. I've always been drawn to Egypt and Norse/Celtic, Native American and all things ancient or old. I've always had a feeling and knowing that I was different and admired the night sky, moon, stars and a feeling I don't belong here. Mid 30s male here...and i like to visit random places with my son .... one thing tho whenever we go to them museums that have very old items, pictures and such..i always begin to feel outta breath my head feels very weird kinda like a light headed feeling sorta..if i end up touching one of the items of stare for too long i start to get weak.. move away and it calms down. ...very weird feeling.

Sort of scary now. How the heck did this guy know???🤔 I was having memories lately that I thought maybe it was just past dreams but it doesn't feel like it. It feels real. Then, just early this morning I had a dream that felt so real and it felt like it could've been a reminder of a past life. But I just kept the thought to myself. This is getting wild. WOW

What i remember is the life I am living today, day by day not so much into the future. But the more I detox my body and mind the more I remember each day such as patterns, what will happen next, is a strong intuition. I remember people, conversations, I even remember who attract passion is.
If my understanding of Karma and reincarnation is correct it is to achieve balance like a pond with no ripples. However we all know when water is still and stagnant everything dies. It's the ripples and the abundance of life in a pond that is unpredictable and always changing that makes it live and be beautiful. So the balance is death and imperfections bring beauty

Life after death exists as a global phenomenon, that is If the concept of an eternally inflating multiverse is correct, then sooner or later an exact copy of yourself will randomly be created from scratch and will be realised in some future bubble universe with it's own separate big bang event and subsequent evolution somewhere else in the eternally inflating multiverse. The rate that new bubble universes would form would increases exponentially with time. About 10 years ago, I had read about past life regression therapy to deal w/ past trauma. I had been in a state of depression at the time for about 4 years after my partner was murdered. I contacted a licensed practitioner named Talia Shaffir in my area and told her my entire story in an email. I eventually ended up doing 3 three hour sessions with her. I was skeptical but very open as I had been in traditional therapy that was not helping me at all. It was pretty mind blowing the past life that I connected with and all the parallels with my current (at the time) life. I have no idea how she pulled that out of me. . . I was a very young boy living on an island in the Caribbean and both my parents had been killed when I was too young to remember them so my grandmother and my uncles were raising me. My grandmother eventually died and I was so distraught over her passing. The therapy helped me focus on the knowledge and skills my grandmother had passed on to me and that I still had several family members who will continue to guide me and teach me while I grow up. I was able through the therapy to make peace with my grandmother's passing. I felt what I felt in that past life during the therapy session. After the last session, it was totally anti-climatic but strangely, I was at peace. I remember driving the hour long drive home, having no idea if the therapy had helped me at all but also realized that I could not have cried even if I wanted to. Before the therapy, I cried almost daily & felt such physical pain in my heart from my grief. After the sessions, I Never cried again - at least not in the same way I had been that was holding me back in life.
I will FOREVER be grateful to that lady for helping me get over the most painful time in my life.
I have an opinion about how to determine a past life memory/experience. If u experience something traumatic (rape,car accident etc) in your current 3d reality then you start having a reoccurring “dream” that may be in black and white every time about the same subject. For me I got kidnapped and molested as a child. As a result I began having a reoccurring past life memory of discovering a little girl that was sexually assaulted and murdered. I was told my subconscious is recalling it to bring to my awareness that something karmic needs to be resolved in regards to the subject. Also I sporadically ran into a woman who is old enough to be my mother who experienced my dream here in the 3d. We both have identical stories. It occurred down south and I had never been there. I believe I confirmed to her who the murderer was.
What was wild was, last year me and my best friend took a trip together and we both had deja vu at the same time. Neither said anything at the time but later on I said something about having it and she told the same time I had it. So wild!! I believe I'm an old soul and I'm an empath. I've always been drawn to Egypt and Norse/Celtic, Native American and all things ancient or old. I've always had a feeling and knowing that I was different and admired the night sky, moon, stars and a feeling I don't belong here. I had an awakening 4 years ago and last few weeks or so, felt so much energy and information coming to me. As I spiritually ascend, more things are brought to the forefront… for instance: I have a picture of “Isis” that I bought at an auction many years ago, and was told I should manifest her to help me, so I put her picture above my bed. I love Egyptian artifacts and I have a few different things I have bought over the years, but now I’m starting to wonder why I am attracted to that “Era”.

During my meditations, I see a lot of middle age faces and clothes, maybe I have been there, I don’t know. One time I did a regression session, than I was an young black leader of a community, I told my name when they asked me. I was killed by a lion. Was a special experience. Years ago I had recurring dreams of me walking up a cobblestone street circa 1800 and looking back at the port full of square rigger ships, I had stuck my head into an opium den and saw it was not the place I wanted , then I found a pub and went in for a drink and ended up getting stabbed, I was the Ships Pilot and first officer. I have never liked bars or drinking establishments in this life.
Falling dreams so real since I was very young. I am still afraid of heights.

Almost every night I go to a place that feels like an island. It has buildings and sometimes the people are blurry or shadows. Sometimes there are bad beings that I never see but know exist there. Sometimes I am helping a girl with something. Sometimes everyone is partying and offering me to party

Mid 30s male here...and i like to visit random places with my son .... one thing tho whenever we go to them museums that have very old items, pictures and such..i always begin to feel outta breath my head feels very weird kinda like a light headed feeling sorta..if i end up touching one of the items of stare for too long i start to get weak.. move away and it calms down. ...very weird feeling.
