Practice every day mate ! I was 13 and I could only do 3 keepy upys and after practicing for a few months I could do more than a 1,000. And I learned atound the world and touzani around the world and much more 😄 Visça Barça !!!

It's incredibly difficult even for a pro. Rooney definitely can't do these. F2 on the other hand practise freestyling unlike Neymar so it looks like they are on par with Neymar when they definitely aren't
