Thanks Steve, it’s my first crate motor and I have to admit it’s pretty bloody cool. I appreciate you taking the time to comment Steve, I sincerely appreciate it 😎👍
Yessss, it’s not only a sign of progress but I really dislike getting dirty. I guess I might be in the wrong hobby! Thanks for sharing David, I sincerely appreciate it 😎👍
Thanks Keith, this is the first time I have ever had a crate motor and I must admit it’s very exciting. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Cheers😎👍
Thanks Eric, you are very kind with your words. I’m having a blast and running the camera keeps me honest and prevents any corner cutting so it’s a win win. Keep the shiny side up mate, cheers😎👍
Hi Terry, you are the men! Love your safety working cloth, especially for the spay paint! Blue gloves !?! You don’t think you are not a bit overdressed ?!?! Nice colorful black you are painting over there... hahahahaha.. keep the sunny side up and keep the camera rolling. Cheers
Thanks for watching and commenting mate, I sincerely appreciate it. If the temperature ever drops below 30 degrees C I might actually get to put my boots on again😂👍
Thanks Daniel, I’m very pleased with the results. If the temperature ever drops below 30C I might actually get to wear my boots😂. Keep the shiny side up mate, cheers😎👍
Hi there, can you help me by telling me where you got the tow bar from? Ive been trying to find one. I'm doing a ground up resto of a 1969 FJ45 with my son. Thanks in advance
Ooh a 69 model, that will be a great project for you and your son, I am jealous 🙃. The tow bar was on the Cruiser when I bought it, I just picked up a tow ball off fleabay. Would Hayman Reece not sell them? Sorry I could not be of more help. Thanks for watching Paul😎👍
LS is the engine designation released after the small block Chev, the A may represent the 1.9 litre supercharger but I’m sure someone smarter than we would know for sure😎👍
Terry you REALLY need to get into a sperm suit to paint 2 pack..... it is BAD BAD juju, not only for your lungs (I hope your not just using particle filters on your mask but organic filters!) but the isocyanates are well absorbed into your skin! Please check out the SDS sheets for 2 pack. Enjoying the build and can't wait to hear the LSA start up.
Thanks for watching and for the advice, I sincerely appreciate it. Yes, definitely have particle and organic filters on my mask but your point is well made re isocyanates and wearing a jump suit. Cheers😎👍
Just got them off eBay Brett. Here’s the kit I got, lots of others if this does not suit. www.ebay.com.au/itm/323929685845 I have no relationship with the seller, I just did a search. Cheers 😎👍
Hi Patrick, good question. The vehicle will be my work Ute and primarily used on bitumen with the odd bit of gravel work. I don’t need a flex monster and like the load carrying capacity of leaf springs. Cheers
That engine would put a horn on a jellyfish.... loving these vids champion... Mick
Well that’s a first for me! 😂😂
Thanks Mick, definitely got this jelly fish excited😂. I appreciate your kind words and taking the time to comment. Cheers😎👍
Thank you for this explanation, because I own the IG45 car and I want to repair it myself. I hope there are more videos on this type of car.
Whole series mate, and it still continues. Cheers👍😎
It will be a fun beast.
Yes indeed I will. I’m enjoying this build immensely. Thanks for taking the time to comment, I sincerely appreciate it 😎👍

Great video as usual Terry....and the FJ45 is coming along quite well... good to see you've got your safety thongs on...... lol

Chassis is looking great. Gotta love those safety thongs your wearing!
Thanks Daniel, I’m very pleased with the results. If the temperature ever drops below 30C I might actually get to wear my boots😂. Keep the shiny side up mate, cheers😎👍
Hey mate, nice work, where did you get all the new bolts from?
I got them in a kit form off epray. If you search FJ45 bolt kit you should find them. Cheers😎👍

What does LSA stand for ? Can I guess ? Low Sulphur Anodic ?
Sound as plausible as anything I’ve heard mate😎👍
@@JafffaAdventures I just made that up. Surely someone knows. I just wondered, that's all.

@@JafffaAdventures Now, I am only doing this to help you. ok ? LSA stands for Luxury Sports Model A.
Copy that🤔😂

Hey mate, is there a reason why you aren’t 80 chassis swapping?
Hi Patrick, good question. The vehicle will be my work Ute and primarily used on bitumen with the odd bit of gravel work. I don’t need a flex monster and like the load carrying capacity of leaf springs. Cheers
Just assumed the 80 could probably handle the power better. I.e. steering, diff strength
Possibly but I’m not intending in flogging it to death. It will be perfect for my application. Cheers😎👍
Sorry but I object to you calling rust Cancer it ain’t no joke. But enjoy following your rebuild
It definitely is no joke, been there
