  • This is great to perform before a workout. It incorporates dynamic stretching which is the most often recommended component before a workout because it helps prepare the body for work and may decrease the chances of injury.
    In addition it uses priming which help activate the necessary muscles used during a workout. Also it can help us work on the those areas that are most likely to get injured and help with activities of daily living. Examples include the rotator cuff muscles, knee strength, and postural muscles.
