when are you going to add check boxes, radio buttons, and dropdown list functions to forms without using a database?

I made up a check registrar that works except When I try to capitol letter in by shifting and pushing the letter it goes up one row and replaces what I had in that row.
    What am I doing wrong?

I just wonder why, because if you just place your cursor on the next empty cell, input the first value, then TAB then the second value and so on, and Enter at the end, exactly the same thing will happen. I don't really see the benefit using that form for that. Maybe there are examples when it makes more sense? I just can't see it, at the moment. Feel free to enlighten me, anyone.

I am not a real fan of it, same in Excel. Just showing people that it is there
