Nov. 27, 2024 Mr. Jelsa, the steering issue is becuz Giants "added" Steering sensitivity for gamepads has been adjusted and made vehicle speed dependent" in the Changelog 1.3.0.0. You are correct with the advice to adjust the steering sensitivity. Thank you for making this video. Please say hello to the girls for me. Take care.
The steering isn't broken they've just changed it to be more realistic so you can turn a tight turn at slow speed but at faster speed you turn a wider turn which is much more realistic. It's just that people aren't used to it in the game they used to being able to turn the corner at 30 - 40 miles an hour like a racer, so they don't like it. Change log "Steering sensitivity for gamepads has been adjusted and made vehicle speed dependent" the important part is "vehicle speed dependent" which is more realistic
@@leafs900 I'm not 100% sure but I have heard that someone or some people complained about the steering not being realistic and so during the process of making an update to fix various bugs in the game they also adjusted the steering but the steering has been the way it has been since the first farming simulator game people have got used to it and people don't like change so although it is more realistic it is unpopular.
Before the patch I was at 50% on the Series S. It was still to fast with the Skoda at high speeds for example. You couldn’t get the car in a straight line because it was so twitchy, even at just 50%. Now it's almost perfect for really fast vehicles but a bit slow for tractor in general tbf. I still use it at 50% for now, maybe I change it to 70% or 80% later on.
They tried to slow it down so that people using a controller trying to drive a tractor or whatever it wouldn't jerk to the left or right so fast. Just turn the sense up and it feels a lot better
At high speeds it was almost impossible to drive straight. It was more of a problem with cars over 100km/h (60mph) even at the lowest settings on a controller. Now it's way better, maybe a tad to slow for tractors but good for high speeds.
Thanks for the tip. I also noticed on my first game it was also pulling slightly to the left on cruise control - had to keep bumping it to the right when plowing, sowing etc. Not sure if that’s been sorted…
How did you even use steering before update? 200% was way too fast, 100% was way too fast, 50% was way too fast. Was being pretentious swede requirement?
Hi buddy, not good to hear. I havent had any issue after the update. even the Bale/pallet storage is working now... Suggest you report it to Giants through their bug report system.

@@SimSheriff why not have it in the game from release then 🤡

Many thanks.
Hello jelsa , my game is still crashing always , i still have the red lights and now i cant steer my tractor ... This game is badly broken 😮

@JelsaFarmer will do !
This doesn't fix the problem. Tried the same after the update, but it doesn't fix the problem.
Jelsa, Iam on PC and have the same issue, they have messed it up.
Hi buddy, hope you got it sorted out on PC😊👍
Steering is a problem for me as well. Thanks for the video I did not realise it could go above 100%
Glad to help
It's not issue. 200% has been maximum for years. So, sounds more like user issue.
Life saver
Game sucks period I’d rather play fs22
