If Yes then edit it and again save it refresh the challenge Page and Check

Setup-> Classic Email Templates-->Create New Folder
Email Template Folder Lable : Residential Sales Emails
Folder Unique Name: Residential_Sales_Emails
Add: Residential Slaes Welcome Email in this folder
Click on Save
