I experienced Shesha once deep in meditation. It's not a snake, but this shimmering primordial energy that looks, in some way, like a many headed cobra. When I experienced it, it became clear why it is represented this way visually. Actually kind of cool!

i had a kundalini aweakeing years ago and forced my soul to be smelted into gold as i masterd my chakras, and then today i found out the 7 chakras and kundalini arrent some mystical unknown thing, its the hindu tradition

True there is "Not an actual snake" but from first hand experience, and it's an energy which FEELS LIKE 2 separate living snakes, COURSING up your spine in the inter-crossing-helical pattern classically shown. I literally feels like what one could only imagine a snake would feel like if it literally were there. There is a physical physiological experience of animated Kinetic Energetic reactions that trace that path, it "lights up a path" almost the way it looks in the movies when they light the black gun-powder trail, in the energetic sense... completely the opposite of Burning or unpleasant... You can't UN-experience the VERY Snake-like sensation of this event when your 7 centers light up in rapid succession from a pair of "energy current snakes".

How to awaken kundalini

No, not necessarily meditation is a practice which connects you with the Divine energies, I'm not discarding his words though'. The main thing is to not set a goal to activate the chakras I mean do not set a specific goal. It happens gradually when you meditate you could just say "Om" when you meditate because it is the Añjá/Third eye Chakra which clense' and purify all the chakras and you might ask that why the "Añjá, why not the "Sahástrá" chakra because it is the biggest? Well, you are not capable of meditating on it; and the best way to say "Om" is you say it like अ,ऊ and म with each word for long durations. It will gradually awake you chakras and whenever you will feel an intense energy in your spine it means a chakra is active you don't need to specifically awaken it; it is not in a sleep it is already working but you need to meditate and focus on each chakra to become a "divine being" or "Siddhã Purūshã" like Būdhhā or Shivâ and meditation is not a feeling so you can "experience" it; it is a state you can be in. If you're new to this, then quit bogoling around and following different Gurus just follow one's teachings. Follow him, he teaches in a contented and non-contradictory manner just try "Yōga Nidrá" by him you will be in "Dhyāná" state which will make you contented emotionally. I'm following his teachings for over 7 years now'. Jai Gurudev!
