Thanks Zeke. I travel quite a bit north-south visiting family in Oregon. As I’ve gotten tired/bored of US99 and Interstate 5 I’ve started going further west and east and taking the secondary roads. I used to work at Castaic power plant on the California Aqueduct, so I’ve visited Oroville to check out the headwaters of the Feather River project, and Chico to visit the brewery and the State University. And westward to visit the Davis campus, etc. California has so many diverse ecologies. It must be fascinating for you to map and study the geography, geology, and hydrology of our regions. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. Daniel

That lydar gives so much detail. I'm still marveling over it.

My dad was a hydroIogist with the USGS and I grew up learning about this stuff and stopping by gaging stations to look at the flow.😃Cool to hear someone geeking about hydrology! Love your show, very informative!!

Wow thats some bad civil engineering unless it was a massive storm or something

It's a mess even during mild storms.
