I have to apologize to everyone making comments. For some reason a lot of the comments are not getting through, but I get an email telling me what you say.... Thanks everyone.......
In germany we call it a "Starkbier" wich means it has a stronger taste and alcohol. I know there is a different way to crate that by freezing and removing the water but that's all I know. Would love to see you also brewing beer at some time on this channel. Happy brewing!
Been here Percy. Before I retired I had every Sunday, Monday and Thursday off and plenty of time to do Vid projects. Now that I do not have a boss, I have personal client two days a week and my family have an never-ending list of DIY Handyman needs.
Would love for you to make beer from start to finish,I realize it's somewhat a different process from making vodka or whiskey but I think it may bring new viewership to your channel
Hey Ken, that is on the cards. I am looking at processes that are totally different to the ones used by boxed home brew kits (just want to be as different as possible). I am about to start true Viking Mead, but that will take 3 to 4 months to complete.
Just saying man I'd rather drink 8,000 yr old beer any day than drink Corona beer, Mexicans can make Tequila but they definitely cannot make beer, sounds like your ancient beer is a winner 👍🏻🍻

glad that the results of that test came out good.
Would be a little depressing that after 8 months it was terrible HerrWayne45

I am very tempted to try Beer, my brother has a fantastic process and he does not put it on RUclips. I might do it for him.
I have been wondering where you have got to.

Russians have a similar beer from bread, called 'Kvas'
My Brother has a culture of Kvas yeast in his fridge and uses it all the time for making his Ales
@@pauljacobs5390 You have a beer making brother? Does he YT, the concept of crossovers is very intriguing.
No he doesn't have a YT account, but I will approach him on this....?
@@pauljacobs5390 you sure it's not Kveik?
Kvas tends to be made with generic or beer yeast!
@@reaverman You could be right, ill check with my Brother
