On a real note, this challenge is very poorly designed. Certain moves, such as the ground takedown, are unusable due to the layout of the map, and the fact the opposing character will attack anyone standing, cancelling your move. This puts a dent in the amount of variation you can use in your combo. This was a frustrating challenge, but I'm sure others can do better than I did.
