What is joy?
Happiness - things that happen
Joy - transcends good events and good fortune
This is the test of joy's integrity. It is compatible with pain. Only the heart that hurts has a right to joy. -Lewis B. Smedes
How can we have joy?
Receive it through Jesus Christ
Grow it by growing deeper in Him
Sustain it in fellowship with other joyful believers
