Thank you Rocker. I really appreciate your comment. My main reason for these videos is to try and help people out. Keep playing my friend. Take care. Peace.
Decent! One thing worth noting, is that when Chris Hillman played bass guitar on that recording, he was relatively new to playing the bass guitar. His bass playing noticeably developed from there on over time. But, because his bass playing concepts and application had yet to mature when this song was recorded, his bass guitar playing thins out at the beginning of Roger McGuinn's guitar solo, and the opportunity for his bass to instead really enhance the beginning of Roger McGuinn's solo is missed.
@@Grand74MasterThank you. I watched it. Chris Hillman's bass does work better on this performance. It's nice that, for this Shindig show, the Byrds recorded dedicated takes of "Feel A Whole Lot Better", "Bells Of Rhymney", "Chimes Of Freedom", & "Turn, Turn, Turn", despite their lip-synching to these takes on the broadcast. Unfortunately, Shindig's Editor chopped off the 2nd half of Roger McGuinn's solo, & his ending for "Feel A Whole Lot Better". The Editor also chopped off most of Roger McGuinn's "Turn, Turn, Turn" solo after his first few notes! I guess that's how they managed to squeeze in four Byrds songs into the TV show! Thanks for informing me of this performance!
Thanks Don for the compliment but unfortunately I do not have any tabs for it. Try slowing down the song and watching my fingers. I hope this helps. Take care peace
Love this. When I go to concerts I find I'm watching musicians playing their instruments.
Best follow along on youtube thanks! Its a tricky pattern but I got it after while

Thank you Supa Frogg. That was some cool information. Peace brother.
Check out Hillman's playing on the video of the Byrds doing this song on Shindig from late 1865.
