- This is Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band playing its medley choice at the UK Pipe Band Championships held in Ward Park in Bangor in Northern Ireland. The event was held on 12 May 2024 and was organised by Ards and North Down Borough Council with the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Northern Ireland Branch (RSPANI) and the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA). It was the first of five RSPBA championship contests in 2024 culminating in the World Pipe Band Championships in August. The full Grade One results are at bit.ly/bangor2024.

Sound / tone nice 🎵 🎼 🎶 but not a " flowing " medley
WHY Do you not give the REASON TO YOUR STATEMENT. YOU SAY BUT DONT BACK IT UP. . I SAY ITS FLOWING BEAUTIFULLY.GOOD TIME SIGNATURE CHANGES. YOUR GETTING MIXED UP WITH OTHER BANDS WHO HAVE 8 DIFFERENT TIME SIGNATURES AND SPOIL MEDLEYS. THIS IS LOVELY WELL PRESENTED. ITS EATING YOU.
Theres bands who spoil trying to be too complicated with too many time signatures in half of the time also over harmonizing. With This is Shotts are impressive. Good balance ok drum sound could be certainly better In my opinion.. You didnt make opinion. You made statement diddnt back up. Well because spitting out words to see where they splatter.
