i agree with you about the Christmas decorations at Super Nintendo World. i think it's because design-wise, there's already a lot going on at Super Nintendo World so adding loads of Christmas decorations may result in the attraction becoming too overwhelming. so a touch of Christmas here and there was more appropriate and they have achieved that perfectly. now, i am convinced that i should go to Japan during the autumn season instead of spring so i can enjoy all these festive foods and decorations at Disney parks and USJ 😃

Ok, when it comes to holidays, what I liked about it growing up was the color scheme and seeing how they packaged the Red Shell Calzone and the Christmas themed foods is so OH SO FABULOUS!!!! I wonder if they'll do the Blue Shell?
What would the blue shell have for flavour you think? If they did it.

Kinopio's Cafe always has next level food in both taste and presentation!
Toad's Cafe
Kinopio is not Japanese for toad but it's mostly because each Mario character has different names depending on the region you go to this is just one of those examples

Those potatoes were the star of the show, let's be honest! Thinking about it now, them being cold makes it easier to make them stay in the shape of the tree.

I got to go to USJ for Christmas eve in 2019 (right before the world closed 😅) and it was so fun! I adore Japan's cute Christmas vibe. I went to a replica German Christmas market outside under the Umeda Sky Building in Osaka! It was the only place I found a tiiiny decorative manger mentioning Jesus 😂
I still waiting for Super nintendo world to come to USO , this attraction is amazing

I just did a crazy thing while in USJ. Our time pass entry was 12.30pm. Knowing that we couldn't re-enter once we left the Super Nintendo area, we stayed inside to collect as many stamps (on the USJ app) as we can. We ended up spending the rest of the time in Super Nintendo, until the rides were all closed 😂
We didn't even grab any drinks or food because the queue for the cafe was so long. After we queued for 1.5hours for the Super Mario Karts, the sky has turned completely dark. The rides and cafe were closed. We played a few more of the mini games, took some pictures of the Super Nintendo at night time. We left the park really tired and hungry 😂😂😂

I live in California so it so weird to see the peanuts gang actually roam around a different park. I always wondered why Snoopy was a thing in Japan because I never hear anyone talk about the comic or cartoon.

The Mushroom Kingdom is decorated so richly! Makes you wonder how the other Nintendo and SEGA franchises' characters decorate their homes for their holidays. Or Sony, etc.

Good to know to avoid Nov-Jan for a trip to Japan. All that decorations everywhere id be very disappointed for a first visit.
