After watching this great video about the F101 and Drew`s reply about it acting as a controller for games, I got the next day delivery, It worked with Zx spectrum - Amiga 500 - Snez9 & Nes - all the Sega`s - ppsspp -Pc engine - Mame 32 & 64bit plus all my Pc game, I'm glad I watched this video it makes my gaming and playing ability so much more... Thank you Drew Kind regards and all the best! Tyrone. P.s keep up the good retro vids.
I would honestly suggest this one for a couple of reasons. One, I am very impressed with Mayflash's lineup of budget fightsticks. The little guy is built very solidly for such a low cost controller, and is easily moddable as well. Two, it works natively on PC and can work on PS4/Xbone with an adapter, so I think overall you'll be able to get more mileage out of this guy. Good luck with your decision! ;)
Thanks for watching and subscribe for more! A little rough on this one, but not too shabby for my first ever unboxing/review. Let me know what you think in the comments below!!
alright most people just get these for fighting games which is cool and prob a bonus for me if its good but im looking for something to just play old ass arcade games and that will fit on my desk will this be fine for pc or should I get something else
Hey ik this is an old video but I bought it and its arriving in 2 days with my Sanwa buttons, what I wanted to know is if its plug in play on pc cause I wanna play skullgirls and street fighter 3 strike with it , do I need to install like the drivers for it or something alike?
You’re definitely welcome! The drop in is called the ODIN by a small company that operates on Etsy called OmniArcade. I have a review of the device on my channel as well with a link to their Etsy page. It really is a cool little piece of tech. ;)
@@BootySweat4491 thank u for your reply! I use to play games on my computer keyboard back in the day so this will be a really nice addition. I have also never tried a hitbox but it looks pretty cool too! Maybe ill do a DIY stick in the future and see if I can do a replaceable faceplate to change from stick to hitbox idk. Either way this thing is cool and much cheaper than buying a mixbox. Great find sir i'll check out your other reviews. Keep it up1!!
I have the Mayflash F101 and it was fun on my PC but however I have PS4 and it cannot connect because it only support PS3 but not PS4. Should I buy an adapter to connect my PS4 to my Mayflash F101?
Nice review, there's pretty much no videos about this stick so this was pretty useful! I heard rumors about this model having some input lag, do you know if this is true? Also what's the difference between this and the F300?
I have not really had much input lag. And the main difference between this model and the F300 is the native compatibility. You unfortunately have to get an adapter to use this one on the PS4 and Xbone, whereas the F300 you don’t. Thanks for watching !!!
I just grabbed this stick but so far I can't get it to connect to my PC. The mayflash site apparently offline now so I have no idea where to get the driver from now. Anyone have a copy of it or know where to find it?
Great review, covered all the right stuff. Just got this same exact one. Major question: how do I get this working on the snes / nes classic mini? I think you need a wii remote?? Can you please spell this out to me champ?
Hmm I’m not sure tbh. From what I can gather online, some folks are able to get it to work in the menus, but ingame it won’t work. I don’t have a snes mini to test it on myself, so I’m afraid I can’t be much help here. Sorry bout that.
It's called the ODIN Drop-In Fightpad. I have a video reviewing it, and the description of that video there is a link you can click. I'm not sponsored by them or anything. It's there for your convenience. Thanks for watching :))))

Check them out if you’re interested! A link to their Etsy page is in the description of the review video. Thanks for watching!!!
Natively I believe you’re correct. You can get this thing to work but you’re going to drop an additional thirty or forty bucks on a converter. Might as well just get the F300 at that point.
I clicked on this thoughting that I really find the best budget arcade stick for my ps4 and its not supported.... they have it on the first half not gonna lie...
Not sure what you mean, but yes it is unfortunate that it is not supported on PS4 natively. However, the F300 and F500 are not too much more expensive and are both supported by the PS4.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it ;)
I'm torn between this one and the Hori Mini for Switch. I might do this one instead because it's mostly universal.

It works perfectly fine with PC so you should be good! Also it’s a nice little compact size so it will fit nicely on your desk.
just ordered watching these arcade stick videos ngl got me into street fighter 5
I know this review was some time ago but thanks very much 👍

For PC it is plug and play. I didn't have to install any drivers, but if you do need to then they should be available on the Mayflash website.
I received this as a gift for my ps4. Exactly what kind of adapter do I need? Recommendations?
I used the Gam3Gear Brook Super Converter. It's about 38 bucks and works really well for me so far. Here's the link: amzn.to/2CLNx0u

That’s what I did. It sucks that it doesn’t work natively but Brook makes a cheap adapter that will let you use it on PS4.
