Beware. Bikes Online cancelled our order stating we were a fraud risk. We order many things on line with no problem. They did not even call or email us and it was very difficult to contact anyone to resolve the problem. They rebated us $100 to assuage us but trust us, it was not enough to lighten our headache. Then the bike arrived with a taped up hole in the side. We took it to a bike shop for assembly and he had to replace the rear rotor and brake shoe because those items were covered with oil. They replaced the $65 for parts but again protocol for solving the problem was onerous. The bike shop said that's what you get when you order online. Now the bike is OK but it was a grunt!
@bobjulich894 - First thanks for watching the video. I've ordered two bikes from them and never had any issues but no service or company is ever perfect. I have enjoyed both of my immensely and hopefully now that you have it and its built the fun you have on the trail will make up for all the hassle. Happy Riding!
I got the same bike for Christmas, so far so good I love the bike. The one thing I’m not a big fan of is those huge handlebars, my hands keep smashing in trees so I’m gonna have to get that fixed. Other than that is great bike.
I'm still waiting to get in a good ride. On days when I have had the chance to ride the weather had been pretty crappy (muddy). I just moved to a place with a lot more tree's and tighter trails so I will let you know if I have the same issues. More videos on the bike to come!
is the 2023 frame for D7 same frame as T7/T8? It looks like Polygon´s only manufacturing is the frame and verything else was mass purchase thereby lower price for whole bike to end consumers. Can the wheels for the 2023 frame and nobby nic tires be easily converted to tubeless? I don´t see any tubeless ready logos on either the tires or the wheels.
Thanks for watching the video! The frames are all very similar but I believe the geometry on the different lines are slightly different depending on their main purpose. I also think like other bike makers they do mass purchase different specs of equipment for each line to fit a budget and riding style of the person buying. It's my understanding they can keep prices down due to selling direct and not having to go through bike shops. While I have not done it personally I have seen folks in the Polygon Facebook groups convert those to tubeless. There is some really great info there and highly suggest if you are looking to buy or upgrade your Polygon to check those out. The bike for me easily handles what I ride so I don't upgrade unless I break something.
@glamplanding wow a polygon fellowship in middle earth? 😳 I didn't know such a clique exist thanks bruh will check them out and appreciate your help 🙏🙌
Thinking of getting this but I currently have a Marlin 5 (2019 in M/L size 29") and a Giant Fathom 2 (2019 in Medium 27.5"). I find the Fathom to be a much better fit for me. Would the Siskiu be more like the Marlin 5?
Hey Thomas! You can check out this link geometrygeeks.bike/ which may help you decide about sizing for your body type. I personally always have to size down from recommendations. I seem to have shorter legs compared to my overall height.

Recommend a z2 bomber, transforms the bike to handle a lot more
I will look into it…thanks for watching!
I got the same bike during the same sale for Massachusetts riding. Liking it a lot so far!
Awesome BL! Got my first real ride in yesterday and loved it! Video coming soon.
