Endeavor S owner here. Anyone looking into this board I'll say its superior than other boards in every way EXCEPT the turning radius, size and weight. This thing is heavy to even drag around and a pain to transport unless you have a ride equal or large than a SUV. Other than that, everything is smooth, very smooth.
This was only a casual mention, but it's something I'd like to comment on. It's not adviseable to leave an electric skateboard charging overnight. Generally, charging is one of the most dangerous states a battery exists in. That's not to say it's entirely dangerous, however most things that can go wrong, go wrong during a charge. Having seen the innards of these boards, and as a general operating safety practice, charging of a eskate battery should always be done with supervision. Cheers.
Oh, sorry, another point. Not really important, just something to note. The wheels are essentially the same design as Trampa Superstars. If you look around enough at the boards with pneumatic wheels, you'll notice that there are only a few original designs that most other companies copy. Same for the tires. Not much of an issue, but food for thought nonetheless.
I have one. Also have a bamboo gt. The endeavour is gorgeous. Only bad things compared to the gt are it's heavy, its much much less carvy and I have some issues with the remote. It's jumpy and braking downhill can't be modulated for example if I apply 80% brake and release to 60% on the remote, it will stay at 80%. Needs an esc upgrade. Not sure if the braking thing is just my board though. Everything else, and I mean everything is superior to the bamboo gt.

Just dropped it. If you have not finalized the order…I would consider upgrading to the Pro if you are staying with the Endeavor series. I do like the indy suspension. The S is just a little under powered.

@@esk8ooligan hey man thought I’d send you a follow up. I absolutely love my endeavor pro. I’m a big guy and got 27 miles which shocked me. I understand the concern on turning but I think with the better bushings that are coming out for lighter riders it should improve quite a bit. Personally being close to 250 I had no problems turning whatsoever. But I did loosen it up as far as possible.I also dremeled The stop play on the bottom of the board and eighth inch on each side to improve my turning radius. This thing blew my mind. I have heard some issues with the distance on the S but I did not find that on the pro at all. No regrets in anyway shape or form. Thanks for the video.
@@badkneesandall2640 Hey Dude! Congrats on the board, and I am glad to hear that you like it. To be honest with you, I do like the Endeavor S, EXCEPT for the crappy mileage I get. The Pro has the larger battery, but you are also a larger guy than I am . So, I firmly believe I have a battery issue, but Propel will not admit to it. My battery guy even admitted it was a very weak battery. I LOVE the suspension of the Endeavor S. Very futuristic. I can't turn as tight as TKP or DKP, but I am okay with that. I am curious about your battery life. How many miles do you get per charge? What is your uphill speed? I know weight has an impact. I am 190. Be sure to watch my upcoming review of the powertrain of this board. I will be very interested in your insight. I do LOVE the design of the board.

Thank you. I have seen that video, and have attempted to use the notched end. It was poorly designed as when inserted, it does not allow the bolt to be turned easily. Yes, I have also loosened the locknut. All the allen tool does is slips in the bolt. I have purchased another allen tool (hex key), cut it down to the proper length, and it works perfectly…better as a matter of fact. Their design does not work well and should not have been designed that way. You should never attempt to do this kind of work at an angle like that…especially for a very important part such as that. You mar up or strip out that bolt and you have a bigger issue. I do appreciate you sharing the video, but I had already seen it. Appreciate your comment.
Great video, my only suggestion is boost the audio volume just a little bit more for the next one. I dig the details you gave and how indepth you went. Overall nice job!

Turning radius of this board with DKP trucks is very tight. I was taking it easy as I had not fully tuned the trucks, it was a cold day (concrete cold), and the 155mm tires had not been fully broke in yet. But, what I did see was extremely good in my opinion. No doubt, the Hurricane is a pretty sic board and will give the Zeus a run for its money. I just have over 300 miles on the Zeus and it has been my go to board. Thanks for the view and comment.
@@esk8ooligan I thought we were talking about the Endeavour S. Yes the turning radius is bigger than most and takes some getting used to. I’m going to play with turning settings on mine. This thing is incredible to ride though with profound comfort and stability still with fun carving.
@@zfilm I don’t disagree with you on this board. It is a monster of a board and has SOOOOOO much potential. The battery in the S series is just massively under designed. I have taken it to a battery specialist where I live. Once they got into the case and did the math, they did nothing but laugh. They were surprised that Propel put such a small battery in a device that in itself weight 37 pounds and is designed to carry a rider of at least 150 pounds or more. They are even looking at the battery to see if it has an issue. Propel told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery, My specialist is thinking it is bad. I LOVE the design of this board and would really like to give it some love, but at only 12 miles per ride, it finds itself leaning against the wall while I ride my other boards.

I think both propel endevour S and Pro are great boards. But in my opinion the Ownboard Zeus Pro is mor practical. Also better range.
