- Yet another popular request - the Vector guide. The strongest SMG for rushing a building and a dream to use at close quarters combat. This guide will tell you all you need to know to use this weapon effectively.

doesnt the vector do 31 damage?
WackyJacky101 and how do you get those stats? datamining or measuring ingame?
Would you use Vector or Uzi for buildings/city fights?
Datamined stats that I verified via testing. 3 shots in the belly area left my target at 1 hp confirming 33 damage (previously 31)
WackyJacky101 can you release all stats with reload times?
Vector is OP as hell with extended mag in close range. Super useful during the end game

Love the Vector. The only gun I consistently/always get kills with. Just wish it weren't so damn rare. I find one maybe once out of every 10-15 games. Glad to see a guide video dedicated to it :)
Brew78 me too! I had more successful kills with the Vector in both close and long range.
I find them more common in the outskirts of Los Leones, the red brick buildings and small grey constructions is the best loot spots and there is alot of those around Los Leones. I mostly find m416, Sks, Kar98's but sometimes also the vector
grey constructions - do you mean the double-buildings along the west of LL? A 2-story with boxes to climb on the roof, and the 3-walled room you can jump across to? I loot as many of those as I can. I believe WJ101 has commented more than once how awesome those buildings are! But still.. vectors are rare. I'll keep an eye out for red brick buildings, thanks!
I have waaaaaay more success with the S12K or Uzi. These are beast at close range and you can easily get 3 kills without reloading. Which won't happen with a vector. Vector is probably great for solo... but duo or squad? Uzi or S12K with extended mag all the way in CQC.

SKS+Vector combo, been rocking it whenever I can and I LOVE it.
The two weapons with the most attachments in the game, sometimes I give up on them if I don't have the attachments.

When I finally get that last mod for a Vector is when I find that M4. Then I never get to use it.

@@scycosnake3964 The Vector is stricly a one on one close quarter spray weapon,even when fully fitted and its the best at that but the M4 works well on all ranges. Its a better fit with a sniper. It also makes the most of the stock and grip. Vector mostly needs compensator and ext mag.
@@andrewcook1246 at 0:06 The vector can easily kill someone at that range, its extremely low recoil can allow you to kill someone in well under a second. Vecors damage per second is 617 while the m416 is 501. Only at far range is the m416 better because of more damage per hit but if your at far range why the hell wouldnt you use a DMR or sniper rifle.
There is a reason for the vector only having 13 bullets and yes this is a very low amount but 13 bullets is plenty to kill someone and if you miss alot then extended mags are very easey to find. I actually grab one even if i dont have the vector just because i take it even over the groza.
There is no point in using this gun without an extended mag

Wacky has great videos on the theory behind aiming, as well as sensitivity settings etc. But you need to hot drop a few times, to school for example, if you want to actually get the skills into your fingers.
HomeStuckGenji try pulling down while firing. But don't pull too much in case it causes you to miss
Play CS:GO, its makes your aiming and headshot chance enhanced.
Try training mode.

Another awesome video. Learned a couple tidbits again.
Love using the vector. I rarely use it on full auto myself, with my play style I always know it's only on burst which in my opinion you can actually up the rof slightly, maybe that's just what my brain thinks it sees who knows. Anyway, personally I've found the vector easier to control than a UMP and in end game I've used a vector to secure wins with the great maneuverability it has. Thanks for putting this video out, it really brings to light just how great this weapon is when used correctly.

If i have a dedicated sniper/dmr I tend to use the vector as a secondary, even giving up m4s for it. Its high fire rate and low recoil makes it a headshot machine. Its attachments are also ridiculously easy to find. Its just a shame that the vector spawns so rarely.

U can do that,but i feel its risky. Sniper is not going to hit all the time and the vector will be tough at mid-high distance shots. But for close quarters its amazing :D
i often ask myself kar+m4/scar or kar+vector. there is no clear answere. shotgun is no option for me, becoz i often suck at the first shot.

Yeah and then the moment I pick up a vector, suddenly and extended/extended quickdraw for SMG and tactical stocks mysteriously disappear from the game lol
+Blacki my fav loadout is either Scar+Vector or SKS+Vector(not counting crates of course, AUG ftw if that was the case) I don't run the kar98 anymore I used to but since 1.0 I haven't really had good results when running it feels like they changed the bullet speed or something on me.
When they nerfed the vector from mince machine to good SMG, they forget to tweak the spawn rates too.
And with the curse that once you find one you will never find attachments, or if you have all the attachments you will never find a vector.

I love the Vector, hands down the best SMG in my opinion, although rough without extended mag. Love coming over to a channel with such great information. I mostly make highlight clip video's but it's always nice when I stop by WackyJacky101's channel because he seems to know so much about this game :P Keep up the good work and I can't wait for the next video.

Thompson has always been my fav SMG, but now with this video maybe I should make my go to the Vector.
I personally prefer vector over ump9 but also love the micro uzi coz of the fast firing rate. Love your vids man. Keep up these info vids.
Hachiman Hikigaya the extended mag Uzi also has a ridiculous amount of bullets. You can basically spray and pray and still easily kill a duo up close.
Hachiman Hikigaya I know the Uzi technically does have a faster rof but I feel like the vector has the same with how well it handles. And yes I'll take it over the UMP, I've dropped the UMP in the middle of many different games to trade for a vector.
Clumsy Pickle Yeah like I said I like the Micro Uzi but still the Vector is better for me because a scope can be added into it preferably a rds and the damage is better than the uzi.
I will always pick a vector over other CQC guns as long as I have a proper rifle, the UMP is better overall then the vector I have gotten many killed at 200meters with the UMP, cannot really do that with the vector... while you can it is just stupid hard and the original map just does not have good terrain to give you the option to close distance very easily.

I use the ChocoTaco Vector Setup, 6x Scope, SMG Compensator, Vertical Foregrip, Tactical Stock, and the Extended QuickDraw Mag. Pretty much an automatic sniper.

The vector is my personal favorite. It lines up with my playstyle beautifully and it looks kick ass.
Used to skip the vector for the UMP, but nowadays i'm really starting to love it. the DPS is INSANE!
Whatever the game it is, when Kriss Vector comes in, nobody refuse it, just like PUBG, MW2, Warface, these 3 games make Vector felt like mini M249

Vector’s my favorite gun, fast firerate, good damage, doesn’t make sound when suppressed, and overall just a nice gun.
I love the KRISS! I pick it up whenever I see one. Problem is, I'm so bad with it, and it always gets me killed. Good thing that finding a Vector is my auto-win condition. Find a Vector, I won that game, even if I'm gunned down embarrassingly. Thanks for showing it love, Wacky!
it's worth a meantion that you need to stockpile 45 acp when using a vector at every possible opportunity as it's rare for your enemies to be carrying more than 15 rounds, as most people pass this weapon up. you can get 150+ just grabbing it at the start of the game. you really need to do this with the high rate of fire the vector has, you can go thru ammo very quickly

I played for 200 hours.. Only get chicken dinner 3x.. 1 solo, 1 duo, and 3 nan squad... I always use AR but I am still bad to control the spray.. Mybe I need to try the SMG .. Tq for the video.. It gives me a lot of information..

Thank you I really appreciate this in depth teaching. Now... there was a commentator on the PUBG Mobile pro games who said it was his favorite and that he would like to see it used in the early game. But in the finals (recently) players were carrying UZIs in the late game... and not UMPS. WTF? So can I run with the Vector? Because that is a gun I love. I love your work. Keep it up!
