Been doing these exercises for a couple of weeks now and man it’s tearing me a new one! Love your work mate, can’t seem to escape the weak relationship. Very much recommend this exercise to everyone.
This a great exercise Darren. I’ve been show this to some of my more serious students to get them to the next level in their journey. It’s the details in ones coordination that make a huge difference and this definitely sorts it out.
When I saw only the title, I, immediately, knew what it meant and I knew this would be super helpful for me. I have struggled with that flamitory problem for a long time but I didn't even figure out why that flamitory situation(inaccuracy in timing) happens until you mentioned that limbs on the same side tend to move together(something like that :). I remember Gavin Harrison explained his way to fix that inaccuracy problem at Drumeo but you explained it differently and easily(my opinion). I haven't started your way but I am sure I can fix the problem with that paradidle execise you introduced in the video. You are a genius. Keep postiong. Thanks.
Such great exercises for left hand/bass drum synchronicity. Important concept!

Great exercises, I'll certainly take them to the kit. Thank you, Darryn.
Brilliant exercise, thanks Darryn
Awesome lesson, easy but not easy - perfect to practice.

A very overlooked technique to practice and apply. Thank you for the lesson and the reminder to shed this important detail.
