It makes no sense because they are in separate parallel universes/timelines/universes.For instance First Class Trilogy and X-Men Trilogy are in separate universes(where some events are identical in the two separate parallel universes).

And before you say "he tried signing up for the Avengers in 2018 after Deadpool 2," which he did, the 2018 of the MCU. His time machine lets him travel different worlds and times, like the end of X-Men Origins in 1979 to shoot Barakapool, and probably our world to shoot Ryan Reynolds in the early 2010s. That's my best guess at least.

Even though on Earth-10005 logan died in 2029 his death was so "epic" sent shivers down the timeline quoting mr paradox. Even though logan is still alive in 2024. The tva temp pads can time travel to the past and future of a particular universe.
