How to increase the pulling power of RX100? When I’m going with my RX100 without doubles(only one person on bike), it goes smoothly and I can overtake the vehicles, but if I go with doubles(two persons on bike), it is hard to overtake and in acceleration. What do I have to change? Even when Iam riding single the pickup is not good If you knows the solution please help me by suggesting
Bro rx100 gi bore ka last size kya he .gadi starting pe muje bore se awas aare wo kaise.last bore he uska piston change karne se clear hojayega last bore size ka piston size kya he
Put both of the crankshaft bearings into the crankshaft. Heat the crank case on top of a stove. The bearing will fit easily. One of the bearing will fit the crankcase easily without heating the crank case. The heating is the last process of assembly after put the transmission. Don't forget to apply liquid gasket sealer. I've done this few times to Yamaha Rx king 135 cc (the sibling of this Rx 100)
Why dont you clean engine and bike others parts properly like speedometer meter bracket, engine cover while fitting bearing etc? I can see there are plenty of dirt inside engine and fuel tank
You need a better oiler bud, so the oil actually goes where you want it to. Never hit the bearing on the inner race, only the outer race that contacts the case
Ek baat batao ...agar use nehi karenge to company packing deta q hai...?, and ... parcking use karo bond nehi... agar ..sheet clean nehi hai to packing+bond dono use hota hai ..jayse clutch chamber me kia hai......

I also have RX100 4 speed, when I'm riding my bike in high RPM the sound is breaking, like something is blocking the flow from exhaust it is only happening in high RPM, this problem comes after the restoration, no engine works done.

Sir, mera rx 135 4speed chalane waqt accelerator ekhi tarike se pakar ke rakhta hu to 1/2 minit baad dhakka Marne lagta ha jaisa ki petrol khatam ho raha hai lekin usi waqt jab pick up thora deta hu to dhakka Marna band. Pick up deke fir jab usi limit pe accelerator same tarike se pakar ke rakhta hu to fir dhakka Marne lagta hai 1/2 minit chalne ke baad, par engine band nahi hota kabhi. Start bhi 1/2 kick me hojata hai. Matlab mujhe pick up upar niche karna parta hai lagatar . Iska kya problem ho sakta hai? Please koi solution bataye, sir.

1) Crankshaft primary gear ulta luga dia.
2) Reed valve bhi ulta luga dia. (Reed Valve pur mark hota hein uase left side mein luggana hein.)

Never use a hammer on soft metal or sealing surface.
