If you are 6 years old, at 20/50, or -0.75 Diopters, your refraction WILL GO DOWN, at -0.5 Diopters, for each year in school.
In 10 years, you will be -5.75 Diopters.
Statistics, from the Dr. Young plus prevention, scientific study.

Hi Dr. Chia. I posted my question on other post .. is it possible if 11 year old with -6, does the Ortho-k treatment and later when he or she gets old, can do LASIK after 19 ?

Your prescription no matter how old you are, must be stable before considering any other refractive surgery be it icl, continuing ortho-k, or lasik.
