This is an excellent episode! All of your work is excellent but this one is really special to me personally. I would love to take you fishing for freshwater monsters in my home state. I've been following you since long before we both got grey hair :D
It was a ridiculous thing to say/do by him. We always eat it whenever we fish it and it never had a problem. I guess they do so many stupid things to give the show some more unnecessary drama, they have literally eaten a rodent that's clearly way more prone to have deseases/viruses than a clean sea fish.
@@abderrahmanelbakkali190 it's not a virus, it's bio accumulated toxins that are usually only seen in larger sealife. If you want to look more into it, it's call ciguatera poisoning and it's pretty common in the pacific especially. I do agree that it was probably too small to be any risk, but he did also say that himself.
There are lots of coconuts on the island. I would not care much if I forgot to bring food. As long as I have a match, a knife and fishing gear, I'm gonna be fine. N.B. What he does for views used to be my daily way of life growing up. I miss this kind of adventure.
That was a mirrored cut (horizontally flipped) if you look back at it, look at the reel handle, on the first scene the handle was on his left while a second later when the glove went to the right hand the reel handle was on his right, so somehow they flipped the screen for that shot.
Yep, watched until the end, got a great fish, very well done, but letting it go proves the previous 30min is just for drama and views, no actual danger of not having any food and being in any danger of starvation. Make your videos, but don't hype up the BS like this or you will loose people fast.
I can't understand why they don't switch to biodegradable, organic based plastics, considering the effects that fossil fuel based plastics have on our environment, and us, when we eat them as microplastic particles in the food. It is easily done - sugar cane and hemp make excellent plastics and they break down, causing no harm. Is the money that fossil fuel fans make worth it?
Seems like your primarily after drama, not food. You can plainly see better and safer spots to fish from in the video. You have already caught good fish at this point and are going for maximum drama or are just not as good as you think you are at catching a fish. Get food first then go chase the click bait target. I've watched many of your videos, it just seems like your are making this one sound like life and death, but doing low percentage fishing, at least what we see in the video. And so you know, I'm not a city guy who fishes twice a vear. I live in a remote community on the northern edge of Australia, been here for nearly 40yrs and fish often.
I call B.S. they supposed to be hungry and starving. He gets a big fish that could of filled them up for last few days and what does he do let's it go... That trigger fish not trash that good eating also... I'm sorry but I'm throwing out the bullshit flag.
Your camera guy is a true adventurer, takes all the same risks but is focusing on your journey.
I hope you pay him really well.
Incredible video. And, good to know you guys are safe too 👍🏼
Nice beautiful video🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Triggerfish is good eating i would’ve 100% eaten that

there is a cameraman filming the cameraman?
12:23 glove was in his left hand.. a second later it went to the right hand while he's fighting a giant fish 😮... 😂

I’ve never seen so many lost fish in an episode !
Aku sangat menyukai perjalanan mu, tetap jaga keamanan
For one trigger fish are very good. And why not go to the other side of the island
That's one of the best wild meat I love it I love wild hog to
Brilliant 👌
What is this guy's obsession with protein?? lol Carbs are where you can get the actual energy from but not protein
Why no S01 season 1 in this channel?
This video offers bad survival advice that could kill someone (if they were in similar circumstances).
Keep your trash of the water!

even Bear Grylls looked more convincent. That last fish was a delicacy and a lot opf meat. If I would be really hungry, a release won´t happen.
You’re starving so you let the fish go. Yeah right.
😂😂😂

Bad bad bad acting, worst one yet. Very hard to watch
Agreed.. I'm watching because I watched almost everything on RUclips.
Then don't watch, literally no one cares. This is a pirate RUclips channel showing old, stolen content. Who are you even complaining to? Yourself?

Why not make snares , Instead if trying to harpoon a rodent 😅😅
You won’t die going 4 days without food. Lame.
fun and incredibly full of bullshit. you could tell 1 million miles the hunt was fake!
