    radiator fan, exhaust & tank heat insulation, never had problems overheating.
    So far everything is perfect, except from the fact that it needs a touch of throttle to start when hot(from day one)

    • @crosstrainingadventure
      @crosstrainingadventure  4 месяца назад +1

      Bummer. I figure a lot of the parts would be identical to KTM and still around? I was thinking of keeping mine forever, in which case I would have bought piston, rings and other stuff the old KTM RFS parts wouldn't suit.

    Can you please tell me if there's any significant differences between the FE450&FE570's ergonomics ie is the seat height higher on the 570 as I'm over 6ft and am a stand up style rider.I had an Rmx450z but found it to low to grip well with legs while standing!

    • @crosstrainingadventure

      +STGvHaaren1 depends on how hard you ride it and the type of riding too. i took it easy with adventure riding and just did it every 1500km or so as per the dealer's suggestion. but hard core dirt riding you'd probably be looking at 500 to 800km?

    • @crosstrainingadventure

      too many variables to even begin answering this, adam. all i would add is that a G2 throttle tamer can take the edge of big thumpers and make them more manageable....

    • @DerUnbbekante
      @DerUnbbekante 7 лет назад +1

      Well, I study mechanical engineering for commercial vehicles.
      Maybe one day I am going to be able to plan such a machine and come up with a newer 70° design.
      Many parts like suspension, wheels etc. are available on the market.
      The engine is the most difficult part, but I think it wouldn't be impossibility to take things like the cylinder heat for example form a Kato or a Beta. That would also make the availability for replacement parts much essayer.
      In the end we`ll what the future comes up with :)

    • @DaEVOthefreak
      @DaEVOthefreak 6 лет назад

      The concept is in the drawer. One day they come out with a new 70°. But actualy the Concern is to successful and dont need a new 70°. Other Brands don't have the Patent. I have a FS570 BlackBeaty , one of the first and love it so much. The Engine is also on Streets so reliable. I Love the Adventure OZ Blogs. Now I'am searching a FE 570 for Adventure. Or a Basil bike, like Lyndon's.

    i have a fx 450 and i HAVE to agree with the hits.

    Then the Ktm 520,525 or 500 enters the room 🤣 I've got a 525, rfs engine, bulletproof reliable and from what I've seen the ktm 500s are faster than these on acceleration, 570s most likely take it on top speed though
