I always choose the one in the center of each part
I choose main dancer(chaeyeon or eunbi) but if they don't participate in any movements(or stand behind someone so i can't see them properly) , i choose lead dancers to follow

Ryujin's shoulder movement is sharper than my knife
MeiTG yeah I dislocated my shoulder because of trying to do that-
I can do that in my sleep cause I grew up doing it lol.There's this South African dance called "kwasa kwasa" and that shoulder move been a thing for as long as I can remember. If you seen Beyonce's run the world, they took the shoulder dance inspiration from that dance move. I think itzy choreographer took inspiration from our dance too .
And Ryujin probably had to work her butt off cause it takes effort. I love seeing African dance influences in kpop like in Blackpink, BTS and now Itzy. Our choreos be getting famous.

I heard them say that before knowing the choreography of punch but i think Punch is not that hard compared to their other choreography though
@@irvindwain I think it's a pretty stamina-consuming choreo. They do a lot of running, hopping in place, jumping, large arm movements. If you watch their MR removed vids, you can hear them all panting because of how hard the choreo is. Might also be because the clothes (I heard Mark's jacket weighed 3kg). It doesn't seem hard in terms of like formations or difficult moves, but it does seem to be a stamina-draining one.
I learnt Punch and Kick It and idk which is harder to dance cause I danced to cherry bomb and black on black and fire truck, Boom,Regular,Boss I think Moonwalk by Wayv is the hardest the easiest is Boss for me

What I found hard wasn't the speed, it was my flexibility. That move they did on the floor. I overstretched my muscles due to my not so flexible legs😂

I genuinely think BTS' Black Swan should be at least in this top, because maybe it's not as "energetic" as ON or NCT127 Kick it (who deserve highly their 1st and 2nd place so far !), but it's definitely NOT easier to dance, seems to have technically really high standards + you have to be graceful or the dance is a big fail :/

Hmmm, I feel like formations and how hard it is to sync should also play a factor in the ranking. For example, for IZ*ONE’s Fiesta, even if some people can do the individual dance easily imagine how hard it is to sync perfectly and execute the formations so cleanly, especially with Fiesta’s tempo and all the little details that people may miss. I’ve seen a lot of covers and not a lot of people can do the choreo as cleanly and smoothly as IZ*ONE, but this is only my opinion

Marjatta Kolari Solos are a different story but I’m just saying it should play a factor for groups, for solos it should mainly be like how hard it is to sing while dancing and such. Also, how well she syncs with her backup dancers, her backup dancers naturally sync, so mainly how well she matches with them while dancing is the sync factor in my opinion

I’m sorry but I seen a lot of kpop in public dancing to BTS ON and no one can do the dance break as good as BTS and itzy wannabe the part where she does the shoulder thing no one can do it good as ryujin and the dance break as good as ITZY . Periodt
For me there's no reason for a cover to be "better" or as good as the original. That's the mistake people make when looking at covers. The most important thing about covers is the fun and effort people truly put into these few minutes. Not the perfection.
At the end of the day, not even ITZY or BTS is the best when it comes to their dances. Because that's also not how it should be. They're artists that present someone else's work. And not how actual perfect this work should be done. That's not the logic behind dancing. Dancing is art and not a contest.
At the end of the day, that's my opinion. But stating something is ignorant since it's not verified and not 100% true.

Some dances may look hard and fast but is easy to execute, BUT some dances are straight up hard and confusing even if you learn the dance, you might look terrible. A good example of a hard dance is even though it's not in 2020, it remains as one of the hardest kpop choreo.

Just because you learned a dance in a short amount of time doesn’t mean its an easy dance. You can learn a dance in a couple of days, but it takes a while to actually perfect every movement. Knowing how you’re going to transition from one move to another. Nailing down facial expressions. And other important things. Most of the time people learn dances in a day or two, but their moves are poorly executed, and aren’t consistent on the energy that the dance needs in order to look good. Also, Aisha’s part is definitely not harder than Mia’s dance break. Yeah, its fast, but the dance break requires fluidity, sharpness, power and flexibility and a LOT of energy to really pull it off.
@@what-dd9fs nope, Dun Dun is an easy dance in general. The breakdance part takes a bit to get used to, but it's very learnable compared to some dances listed as easier compared to Dun Dun.
I also think it depends on what kind of dancer you are and how advanced you are. If you're experienced and you've danced previous everglow dances like Adios and Bon Bon Chocolate, then Dun Dun can be fairly doable within 2 days, not just learning the moves but matching the energy level + facials as well. But like I said, it's all based on how good of a dancer you are, and what your strengths and weaknesses are. Maybe OP really excels in Girl Crush Hip Hop kinda dances so this is totally up their alley.
Itzy wannabe is not that hard for me, it took me 3 weeks to dance the whole song. The first thing i knew how to dance is Ryujin's shoulder dance

Sometimes, faster moves and more movements doesn’t mean it harder, it’s just complex. There is a fine difference between the both of them. The amount of time taken to learn a dance also does the mean the dance is easier/harder. It just means that you take longer to remember that dance. I honestly took longer to remember TT than Wannabe. I think instead of looking at a section, maybe you can do rating on each section of the dance and averaging it. Cus like some parts are easy and some parts are hard. Thus you can’t just call a choreography hard by just one section. AGAIN this is PERSONAL opinion.
