its true they are very underrated but theres reasons EXO and Bangtan Sonyeondan got so far. although it has a lot to do with their talent (rap line, vocal line, dance line, visuals) it also has to do with how diverse their music is from average kpop groups (not to say Monsta X is average but their concepts are a lot similar to other groups whereas Bangtan brought new things to the table that other groups wouldnt touch on) it also has to do with their personality. ive found a lot of really amazing nice idols (monsta x, a.c.e, ikon, etc) but for what its worth, BTS are some of the most humble people ive found. despite their enormous and spontaneous growth rate they remained really respectable and admirable idols. Theyre really humble considering all the bragging rights they have. im not saying Monsta X doesnt deserve more attention because i 270% agree they do but hoping theyll go as far as bts or exo (also given the fact they debuted in 2015) is kind of far fetched. i feel like exo and bts earned their place, not that other groups havent but theres a noticable difference between bts and other groups. i hope i dont offend you. it just my opinion and thoughts on the matter.
