On a pond or lake type of setting, frogs are absolute money. On rivers and creeks, I like going sub surface but frogs can be effective there too! Thanks for watching!
Nice! You should try this I do it with most all my frogs get a needle nose pliers and bend up and out the hooks just a hair so the hook points are like 1-2mm away from the rubber body you will hook into way more fish with them like this and they still stay pretty much weed less.👍
Yup that’s one of the things I need to do this winter to most of my frogs. The snakehead outlawz frogs are cool cause they already come bent up like that so the hook up ratio is really good with those!
I prefer to use buzzbaits without trailers because it’s easier to keep them on the top while implementing a slow retrieve. Philly area and south jersey is on the list to explore this year!!
Awesome vid man just got into kayak fishing and the tournaments around the area I’m closer to Oc on the md de line so I normally goto black water for my dragons but I fish a lot of de waters I’d love to get on some snakes out there
That’s awesome man! Can’t go wrong at balackwater. Delaware is pretty tricky when it comes to snakehead fishing but they’re definitely around! You’re pretty close to them down there in southern Delaware 👍
I’ve never fished for snakehead but some of these bait look like solid bass baits too! I was watching D Pucks latest video and he gave you and awesome shoutout. Any friend of his is a friend of mine! Subbed!👊🏻
They definitely work for bass as well! If you ever get the chance, you gotta try snakehead fishing, it’s soooo much fun. Appreciate ya coming over, and I’ll hookset your channel too 😉
Just wondering what to is best to throw at fryballs? Still tryna get the first snek lol have found fryballs have had one miss on a buzz bait but only once. Is paddle tail the way to go?
@Orange22Fishing thanks buddy!! I found one today on the way home from work just trying to scout some water. Gonna try and hit it early on the way to work and be late cause I "got a flat tire" 🤣 the addiction is bad lol
@@matthewreynolds1831 haha I can relate to the addiction man! Nothing quite like chasing these fish. Good luck and be sure to let me know if you get on one!

@@Orange22Fishing u need to try them, ive had way more luck with them than any hollow body frog, I go for bullseye instead of northern so the result might be a little different idk
I'm from Pa and have been looking for snakeheads. Found ur page. Keep up the content
I have seen a lot of videos on snakehead and frogs definitely seem to be the most effective. Nice to see the footage of you catching them as well.

Really trying to get my lure game on to get away from minnows. Great and informative video man, thanks!
I love to see what everyone is using. I'm stuck on the chatterbait, use it for smallmouth & northern pike up north as well.
I’ve heard that pike crush the chatter! I need to give it a try this summer on my trip to deep creek lake for pike 🤙🏻

Thanks for the great knowledgeable video.
Glad it was helpful!
The Macho Man of Snakeheads! Good info I never caught or targeted one but I see them everywhere near me.
Haha thanks man. You should try targeting them! Most fun fish I’ve ever gone after 👍
Great video 🤍🤍

The fluke is one of my favorite snakehead lure also a swimbait and a topwater rat or frog they love the rats and I have luck on white frogs alot
Those are all great baits, and just missed the cut. I think I may do a video on underrated snakehead baits and those will definitely be included
@@Orange22Fishing that be awesome bro I live in Maryland I like your content keep up the hard work
I love catching snakeheads on rooster tails especially gold seems like snakeheads go crazy over gold
Solid advice brother

I'm wondering if these baits and techniques work the same on bullseye snakehead in south florida
They do!
Just wondering what to is best to throw at fryballs? Still tryna get the first snek lol have found fryballs have had one miss on a buzz bait but only once. Is paddle tail the way to go?
Frog is the best option on a fryball. Go with a popping frog or bladed frog and work it slowly over the fryball multiple times

@@matthewreynolds1831 yessir! @ o22fishing
I have had success throwing 3” swimbaits. Have you tried them? Lots of bass hit it also.
I have a couple of times, but I seem to just catch bass on them. I need to try them again though and give them another shot for snakeheads
Let me know if you have any luck.
😁😁👍👍 BEAUTY!!!.....PH here! LOL!!
That’s not PH, it’s Steve from Shen RC! 😉😜 LOL
Do you not have issues with snakeheads bending out the hooks on poppers?
With the treble hooks that come standard on the poppers, yes. I like to swap out the trebles for single hooks. Much better.
Does it it on bass
Name of the 3rd hollow body 🐸 ???
Terminator popping frog! Sorry I forgot to mention the name in the video
How to order?
I also live in Delaware
Aye 🔥

I caught my first snakehead on a wacky worm haha
Haha the wacky rig is actually pretty underrated in the snakehead world. They can be very effective when the snakes are acting finecky
how are u not even gonna mention the soft plastic ribbit frogs??
