I have tons of them by me, in IL. Rarely did I see in NE. I've had one on my deck railing, and noticed one on top of one of my bird feeder hooks. I was just happy to see it leave, so I could get my pretty song birds back!❤! That's quite some growth you have on your face, Frank!

This was a good one, Frank! Thanks for sharing. I photograph them here in Central Florida, they aren't as common here as they are in other areas and they just make me happy every time I see them. Thanks again!

I would be mesmerized and not able to stop smiling either by the beauty of this beautiful bird and close view. There is so much information in your videos that I have to watch them multiple times to grasp all the great facts. Thanks for all the time you take to make these videos and share your knowledge.

Hawks and raptors are so beautiful and regal. We have a lot in my area, which has a large creek and is part of the Delaware Valley River watershed. I often see them cruising the thermals or stealing peanuts from my perch feeder. Maybe you can talk about the Osprey at some point? They were plentiful along the Rappahanock and Rapidan. Thank you again for another informative video!

200 pounds force per square inch at 5:40 is wrong because it’s a point load and not an area load, so it’s more like a needle and closer to 1000’s of pounds. Red Tailed Hawks are one of my favorite hawks. So beautiful!

What a lovely and informative video. I used to think these were eagles. Lol! While I was out shopping in the city (vey urban), when I got back to my car, there was one of these on the ground just walking and minding her own little business in front of the car right next to mine. I took pictures and a video that I have not shared in my channel, but did shared one of the pictures in my "Community Tab" where in its comments section, I was told that it's a hawk. That's when I learned she was a hawk and not an eagle. Thanks for the share, Frank. Full watched and L73. Cheers!

We have two of them flying around our garden area Ughhhhh… think they have a nest near us, the noise they make is unbearable to my ears, non stop… plus my neighbors with small dogs are terrified to walk their dogs, I’ve also noticed all my little birds are so few now, and I haven’t seen the lil bunny’s either… Ive had it these dinosaur birds!!!
