    I've done this after watching Denzel Washington first and then Vanntastic. And before I started, it hit me that I'm basically transferring amortized debt into simple interest. I paid off debt so fast that I qualified for the All-In-One Loan on my primary residence and my rental property. If folks look at their amortization schedule on their mortgage and think about how many months or years they can take off their mortgage loan by chunking....Oh my goodness ! What a blessing 🙏🏼

    Most companies use lines of credit -- typically millions of dollars -- to meet payroll, expenses and manage debts, especially since customers typically pay bills on a 30-day basis. Indeed, revolvers are the grease that keeps commerce running. Your videos are helping many do the same, but on a much smaller scale. I have sent your videos to my son, who now uses one credit card for his expenses. He started with a $300 line, which now is at $10k. Your system works. TY for your videos, which are helping us manage debt.

I really enjoy what you’re doing because you are helping people the hottest thing I have watching your videos lately is that you are commenting to people that are writing into you at the same time that you’re trying to show us a program that’s very confusing and it’s hard to follow because you’re talking to a different people at the same time. You’re trying to explain something to to the group so it would be really helpful if you just concentrated on theprogram that you’re sending us and let those people ask questions and then you answer them later or at the end of your program thank you you’re doing wonderful

I have been doing VB 7 months. It has worked out very well for me. I find and teach other that it works best if you start by watching many of Christy Vann's videos that are close to your situation first. Sit with a pencil & notebook. Do the math yourself. Keep it up. You are retraining your brain to work with math and money in a different way. Then write down your goals and on another page, your own numbers. All of them. Question?. My bank won't Combine my personal line of credit with my checking account. They will only do an overdrive protection from my checking account.. I have to pull out the money from my personal loan and put it into my checking account and then pay my bills out of that. Which I think sounds okay... From my checking account I would write checks and then that would take care of the bill. But the money still comes out of the personal line of credit so I kind of understand the concept but it's weird that I'm transferring money from my personal and credit to my checking account and from my checking account. Transferring back over to pay my bills.. I hope this makes sense to anybody..My bills come out of the LOC .. But my mortgage wont😢. My mortgage wants the money to come out for a checking account.

    • @beabchill
      @beabchill 8 месяцев назад +1

      I suggest you connect and check with your own credit card company for this specific question because each cc company have categories on what classifies/awards rewards. My cc changes overtime so for example I can gain more rewards if I shop at groceries, gas stations, and or if I spend a certain amount on certain hotels, travels; flights, rides, cruises. However, none of my cards offered rewards for a certain “blank” amount spent; All are specific on the listed categories. An example of what I do not gain rewards is if I shop for gas at Costco and pay with a visa credit card (Costco is partnered with Visa but no rewards are awarded unless I use the Executive Costco Visa credit card and not my high yielding visa credit card). I hope this helps with your question 🤷🏽‍♀️

      My personal credit union and many do this. You may need to ask your bank to link your credit card to your checking account. There should be no fees. Check with Pentagon Federal, credit Union, and see if they can help you get a good credit line.

    To your subscribers...
    It is hard for them to wrap their heads around paying bills with a credit card and pay that with a credit line. Because credit equals debt to the general public. What you are teaching is f*CKING GOLD WOMAN.
    yES, STAND YOUR GROUND PEEPS. tHE BANK WORKS FOR YOU NOT VICE VERSA.

    2 math errors - Expenses on month 4 did not include interest and adding $15,603 and $5,411 is not $11,014. It’s 21.014. Not saying it doesn’t work but should have someone double check the math before posting.

    I don’t understand the expense payments. How does it work when you are mixing credit card payments with other things like food, gas or whatever else will take payment with a credit card? All my credit card pmts come out of my bank account.

      Hi, You can do this too! Then write down your goals and on another page your numbers. All of them. Feel free to reach out if you want some help.

      @@carbecker9636That’s what I’m doing too! I’m copying this list and taking notes. I am reading Helocs. Be sure to get your goes monthly income before taxes and when that comes in- that would go to the line of credit ALL of it- pay from the line of credit! Your balance should be zero in cig in Velocity Banking. ( All info from this particular video)

    You keep talking about "she paid off the car". Yes she doesn't owe Ford motor credit anymore, but all that happened was the debt was transferred from a low interest to a higher interest. She's still paying on the car through the velocity system. I like what you teach here, but there's something slightly disingenuous about the presentation of the material.
