    I don't understand why it's so hard for people to make a tutorial like this. Thank you! :D

    Thanks for this, I didn't realise 5v was needed on power supply and 5v when driving DC motors from Arduino.

    Good video on L 298.board. Without arduino. Simple to understand.

    You said you need to remove the jumper in order to turn the 5V output to 5V in. Then you show how a yellow 5V input is connected to the 5V header, while the jumper is still on. ???

    I learned I could make stepper motors go faster by ramping up to the max speed specified and then go quicker with the signals which made the stepper go quicker.

    Just to be clear folks, the contol inputs only support up to 1.5V according to the DataSheet. 5V is too much.

    Can I bridge 2 L298n Dual H-Bridge Motor Drivers together to use 4 DC Motors Seperately?

    • @droneys1348
      @droneys1348 2 года назад

      Yes, two of those will in fact drive four motors. Technically, you can have four motors run of a single driver, though each of the the two extra motors will have the same output as each of the other two, due to the phisical pins they are screwed into.

    Hello, If I need to drive a NEMA 17 stepper motor having a phase current about 1.8Amps, is this module can be connected to the stepper motor driver controller module 36820? If so how?

  • @wolfrobots118

    If you want to melt things or want to catch things on fire then please go ahead and use this with a stepper motor... Recommending that somebody uses for a stepper motor is a dangerous proposition because as you know it gets extremely hot with even the slightest of use of any separate motor. The manufacturer of this device should stop advertising that it can be used for a stepper motor although it can be used for separate motor it's very dangerous to do so and should not ever ever be used for a super motor.

    Question, i’ve been searching for an answer to my inrush current problems with a couple projects. I’ve been trying to rebuild a couple old cordless vacs with some lion cells. But the issue I run into is the BMS I’m using for these cuts power because of the inrush. All cells are balanced and high drain. Of course research yielded PWM. But I would like to use a controller without a pot that is 100% on all the time. Could I use this Module and leave motor one jumper in place for the 100% duty cycle and overcome my inrush issues? Or will this provide the same issue?
    Thanks!
