I love these compilations, you get to see all the situations you can use mechanics and control in. You have to be super consistent to play reactionary like JSTN. Every reset or double tap is so fast and the touches are so random, but he finds a way to reach the ball again...
I think Zen is more consistent because he plays the games more and puts more effort into his practice. That being said, Jstn can hit just about any shot Zen can mechanically
he can definitely make a comeback next season. He's only 20. Players like him, AYYJAYY, Alpha54 etc who have been mechanical and in rlcs for so long are still and will stay up there with best mechanically

The advantage of being young and new to rl isn't reaction time or anything, it's the fact that you are learning the game in it's current state (also probs have loads of free time). All that being said JSTN is defintely one of those players who will never have a hard time keeping up

He's a good mechanical player but I have to agree with what he said "I'm just holding my team back, I feel like I'm playing worse than usual" and I do very much agree, he's good mechanically but over the past 6 months he's been pretty iffy
Imo it's everyone's fault and no one's fault on the team. It just isn't clicking anymore and they don't play with the confidence that they used to. It was a good run
they are all good enough to be on their own top team, it just isn't clicking anymore and they don't play with any confidence together. For example I wouldn't say Optic is that much better individually than NRG but they just work way better as team. Hoping all of them find something that works next season
@@RL_PRO_TAGES MB and ayyjayy are both at Jstn level mechanically and Retals is a better disruptor than Squishy or Garrett, they're without a doubt better individually as well as team play, and I want NRG to win lol so I'm not just hating
@@opliko I'd say Ayyjayy is better than JSTN individually and MB is at a similar level but only this split. Before yes he had the mechanics but as an Optic fan ill be honest and say he wouldn't show it on game day. Meanwhile I'd say all around Retals, Garrett and Squishy are all capable of making similar levels of game winning impact (in different ways of course) but I wouldn't rank any above each other yet. There's a reason why NRG is only one spot behind Optic in total point rankings and have beaten optic both times they've played this season. Once again that being said this is where the team factor comes in that gave Optic the push to qualify for Boston and potentially elevate to a worlds spot.

going through his replays on ballchasing honestly he's probably toned down his flashy playstyle in recent years, I mean he still can't help it when he has those mechanics but he did score alot of dribble and basic efficient plays as well

I personally feel like the same goal explosions half the clips gets a little stale or some of them don't have any "impact" to match the music. Another example is he missile goal explosion that takes an extra 5 seconds for impact and it throws off the pacing/sync of the montage
