When I lived in Leeds and travelled the north I used to eat Crispy Chicken (which I know how to do thanks to you) with OK sauce but can't find it in the Midlands, any chance of you either doing a video of it or put the recipe for the OK sauce? Hello Khoan I´ve seen from user HAPPY WOK video when he coat for example shredded chicken in egg and potato starch then he will leave it for about 30min or so to absorb starch.Is it necessary or the effect is the same to make it crispy?Can you do some duck dish and add it to your videos :) Thanks mate

lol...if you want less strength on the chilis, take the seeds out and WASH them before cooking...just run the chilis under a cold tap for a few seconds..it stops the coughing but still retains the flavour
How about you make a video like how they do in China street food like perhaps roasting a duck or a whole chicken ? Just a suggestion... And where is hull ?
Love salt & pepper been cooking it for a while now. I don't like the taste of the wine though(shao xing) so don't use it. Maybe because at home its hard to get flames on the wine when cooking like you do.

it's not the chili David..it's the salt and pepper mix! Beside I love that coughing effect....it's the potency:)
+Khoan Vong So do I Khoan!! ... but my wife doesn't like it too strong so I have to put less of the mix as well as making the chilis milder :-)
