this video is actually a redo of an old video of mine: • sick - meme
and for the 6k/5k special I wanted to remake it :3
so here we take a deeper look on Fenrir's backstory, meaning that all these events take place before The Outcast, you will some famliar faces as well as new ones c: it was a big video to work on and it was actually exhausting but I'm kind of satisfied on how it turned out, even if some scenes should have been replaced with others and also some other changes needed to be made, but I left it this way.
as most of you know, Fenrir is one of the main characters, and this video explains some events of her past, especially that triangle which is often seen in other videos with her, it also takes on a little bit of Annika's story but just a glimpse, for this remake I actually wanted to tell a story, since the old one barley did anything, so enjoy all the mystery(spoiler) things I've thrown in here c:

Fun (?) Facts:
- in the early story Cyra and Fenrir were actually related, that's why they have a similar design in color, this idea was scrapped
- in the first Sick meme I made, Fenrir actually went to the temple with the intent to kill, while here she just wants to "arrest" them, but ends up killing them (?) much to her confusion
- the emblem you see on her collar and on the flag, belongs to the Suchyet Empire
- the wolf she ends up killing together with Aya, is Fintan di Howren, who is the banished prince of that same Empire
- the "ghost" of Annika is different from that of Aya, as for Annika it's more of a magic thing, that of Aya is more of a manifestation linked with the triangle
- the two pups seen in the last scene are not related but they are adopted brothers

after rewatching this on loop for a good chunk of time i think i am ready to drop a comment. not sure. but i shall try.
so anyways. this is hot. the story told in here seems like quite the funky thing. seeing it all come together but still be mysterious is very nice, makes you wonder about the characters, the world and the everything else that breathes. and that doesnt breathe. a rip for the victims of the video of today.
the strong shading in here is cool too, the pairing of shading and lightning add to the atmosphere as well, its quite immersive psh. the overall storytelling works very well too, its clear to follow and nice to stare at paired with the song.
fenrir isnt having a good time and triangle comes to say hi. hi triangle. also nox seems to meet a lot of mysterious passed out wolves. i mean 2 isnt much but its weird it happened twice. i mean maybe it happened more times too who knows.
fintan has such a funky design too. and i must say hi to alva as well. he managed to come. he always comes always watches.
anyways yes i approve of this video. cant wait to stare at more stuff related to the outcast. it helps to produce happy chemicals. its good. vehr is out now, have a funky evening :D

Once again, amazing job!! I love the little details you add like the different shadow poses at 0:07 off in the distance, the eyes reflection against the blue at 0:37, and just even the timing of moving the frames. Can't wait for the next video!!

Well, firstly i'm glad to see backgrounds because mmmm look at them. I can do full-drawn fanarts with them mmmmm
The next thing i want to note is style change?? I really can see how different it is remembering all your videos. It's also noticeable in new shading. And Kaydeee I love it so much ;A;
Your editing skills also improved so muchhhhh. I like that shot when Fen stretching out her paw and there is a zoom too and the triangle moves as well woaaa. Btw, i feel in love with those frames with triangle in Fen's eyes and when Cyra is sitting in shadow, this is gorgeous omgg

Honestly, I didn't think Fen would be involved with events prior to The Outcast. Although I saw her figure in the animatic with Alva
I can assume that with the killing of Aya and Fintan, she got the power from the triangle, but Cyra wanted to get it with the killing of Fenrir? But Annika regained Fen's strength because I see a triangle. Glad she revived her (?)

OOOH OOPS I'm making a second edit because, oopsie, I made a parallel between Fenrir fall at the end and another video, your meme H.A.Y, the character who's looking at her in this meme at 0:25 when she falls looks a bit like Clockwork and ooh, who made Fenrir fall in sick meme, boy Cyra 👀 and just after he says awake and poof, the little triangle appeared, a bit like here hmmhmm, and it seems fenrir doesn't "go" directly in the forest where Nox found her, so maybe she was somewhere else where she "awake"hmmm but she maybe has no memory of this moment,

I've made a little theories about the Shepard and the fact that one Shepard form like Copycat or Clockwork and even Pulse can be with any kind of wolf oh, with the little triangle and Fen and Aya hehe
So yeah, maybe the Pulse we saw in some animatic is not the Graves Pulse hmm I dunno, but I watch it heheh
