Nobody who wants a hair transplant should watch this and expect these results. Having watched literally hundreds of these, this is by far the best I've seen. Incredibly dense and looks completely natural. This is guy's hair is so naturally thick that it probably helped with the result. If you've always had thin hair (even before balding) this result is impossible.

So, literally i have to go to spain now for this.
I am pretty sure that this result is achievable only with 2 sessions. In one session density cant be that good, as the follicles are wider than the hair. So with a second session you can plant follicle in between the previously transplanted hairs

That is correct. The use of Finasteride is especially recommended to try to maintain the native hair. You could even recover some hair using this product. Therefore, it is not mandatory but it is recommended for a better result.

With all due respect and just out of curiosity, how come this Dr. has amazing results while most of the other hair transplant drs suck and the after maths are poor to average ? Im asking because Im thinking of getting one and this Dr is on the top of my list.
I think the reason his hair looks so good is due to the hair type - if you look at his hair in the before pictures, although he has lost a lot the remaining/existing hair is long, thick and so is pretty ideal for the hair transplant. One's hair type really does have a big effect on the eventual outcome of the hair transplant.
