Ye, Brook is hard, cuz even if you catch your opponent, you can still easily be punished by partner skill, it takes a lot of time for Brook to knock down an opponent with basics and his basics have super fast enemy recovery, theres no balance at all, also his skills dont drop the enemy, with the exception of the active skill and the pop-up continuation of the 1st skill.
@@OnePieceFightingPathPVP Ya PTS brook is fine for tournament and room matches where you can ban characters but in the current meta where lots of characters have counter abilities it's just useless
