My concern would be that he's already down 2 while they're down one so they're losing the fight, soj could have gotten out so it's not a guaranteed double kill and you'd also have to break your support's los for it meaning you're essentially trading your life + an ult for one kill.
Also they're playing against a doom and their illari just ulted, so there's no universe in which the enemy team wouldn't just jump on his back line for an almost free team wipe.
Safest play is to do what cyx did, just try to live and either have a chance to win the fight if they make a mistake, live for the next fight or die fast and respawn.

pretty much whenever its easiest to hook him. Hooking a doom when ur team is behind u is almost always a free kill onto him. If that's too hard just wait for his slam punch cycle and hook him when he tries going back into his team.

The only buff they could give doom is swapping him back to DPS, Tank Doom was the stupidest idea in the world. People may have hated DPS doom but the playerbase didn’t shrink because of him. They shrank because of Blizzard’s stupid actions.
