Best left back in the world these last two seasons under Valverde and without Neymar, no doubt about that in my mind. From being one of the most criticized players in the team to being arguably the best non-alien performer in this Barca side. Incredible improvement.

Such a balanced and a productive LB - Can attack, defend and has the speed as well. He's undoubtedly the best LB ATM and was one last season too.
His linkup with Messi is sublime but it has become so predictible at the same time that the good managers are finding it easy to curb it successfully, Valverde needs to short it out as later stages of the CL are not going to be easy.
