Yep the ZJ's cruise right along on the freeway, granted you aren't stuck in traffic where idiots can't figure out how the hell to drive in a straight line. I avoid the freeway in my area altogether if I can. 1 accident and its just a gigantic parking lot, faster to take every other road in the valley than it is the freeway.
Hello I will come back to you to know if someone can give me some information I have a grand cherokee 98 v6 gasoline jeep it starts very well when cold and stops when hot mm while driving I have changed a lot of things spark plug with delco head spark plugs flywheel sensor relay tested it drives me crazy. thank you in advance
my 05 LJ was patriot blue, one of my favs too. man nice ZJ seats are hard to find here in michigan im jealous of Roy's. its pretty crazy how you go from country to bam NYC, only been there once, it was fun. ZJ upcountry pkg skid plates nice find, ive never seen a set for sale.
Yeah, I definitely edited out a lot of countryside lol. NYC is definitely a must see but I'd like to move as far away from it as possible 🤣🤣🤣. I basically took the drive for that skidpan and the bumper. The rest was just a bonus
@@ProjectDanH im sure youve been around the area surrounding Westpoint, thats absolutey beautiful, great fishing around there too, same with Watertown NY, real nice small town feel up there. NYC is special to me, 17 years ago i found out i was gonna be a father for the first time in Times square, but i wouldnt want to live there either, way too busy for me. im born & raised in Detroit but live 30 miles north of the city now, im literally 2 miles from Jeep world headquarters lol.
I didn't end up with a jeep zj,or a 92-95 dodge Dakota club cab short bed le v8 4x4 i got offered a $1,500 2000 dodge ram Laramie slt longbed quad cab 5.2 litre 318 magnum V8 46 RE AT 1500 gloss black 4x4 with 176k miles and the front suspension is completely rebuilt has a new torque converter and front input shaft seal in the transmission and the front pump is replaced as well when you shift into reverse the truck starts backing up without pushing on the gas pedal so I would have to say that the truck runs strong for a 318 magnum V8 carries 60psi oil pressure at engine operating temperature and starts right up in 24 degree weather, and the truck basically only needed brake lines and a battery cable for the power distribution center stud to the motor replaced and I got a new set of stainless steel brake lines from classic tube out of Ohio and replaced most of them and fixed the battery cable..
Fun fact jeep never actually called the LJ the LJ they only ever referred it as the TJ Unlimited it was Rick Pewe in 4 wheel and offroad magazine in 04 what I believe to be the best part is in internal memos during the design of the TJU Jeep referred to it as JL

Man I always thought Los Angeles traffic sucked the traffic in New York is worse but I guess for parts it was worth all the traffic.

I had a 2000 XJ given to me. The frame has some bad spots on the driver side. What would you suggest on how to repair it?
I would grind out the rot and add JCR frame stiffeners 👍
