My main is SnS/WH with Plagued Crits on the Sword and Trenchant Strikes/Plagued Strikes on the WH, so I'll probably put Plagued Strikes on the Scorp when I run it with SnS as well. It seems to work well since you're going to be doing some heavy attacks anyway and Plagued Strikes stacked with Plagued Crits when I tested it with a friend.
Thank you! Yea I think more ‘transformative skills’ would be sooo fun. It could be little things like hammer shockwave leaves a lightning dot on the ground or something
@@Nyce-Gaming I'll add that like you said, the 50% timer 'nerf' was needed and IMO that is how you do stuff like that. Strong affects should have longer timers rather than devs weakening the ability.
This is basically the build I’m running since you showed me it a couple streams ago 😅😅 I absolutely love it but I do use it with shirking heals really helps I just need stone form and I’ll be very hard to kill thank you 🙏
@@Nyce-Gaming always man I love the heavy builds you do ❤️ but if ags keep doing a damn 28gb update every week I’ll be deleting the damn thing I have slow internet so a 5 hour update all the time is getting annoying
Endless Thirst earring is interesting because you can drink focus potions and get the empower and fortify (no cooldown on those). I haven't down that a lot but when I do decide to pop em in a 1vX, it does seem to help, just a little hard to get the drinks in after the first one as you enter combat.
It could be, especially in arenas, but that tower shield value is so good outnumbered... also something I need to do a vid on is blocking is going to be realllly good next patch.
Yup I’d put it as 3rd most valuable armor artifact on this build but definitely viable. It’s basically just 20% fortify. It doesn’t increase actual armor. But it’s a good thing to slot and forget. However we have such big fortify after blocking on s&s. I feel like crit resistances (unyielding) is the tougher thing to get in the game now. That’s my mental approach/logic to it at least

@@Nyce-Gaming ah ok, atleast now i know why it happens. im guessing just a bar swap is all you need to sort it, thats how ive been managing it its just annoying cos usually if i got my sns out its for either defence or for stickybacking someone trying to run, neither instances do i want to be trying to kick shit lol
@@Nyce-Gaming also im on the sns/gs build still and loving it. i have practiced it enough now im doing 1v3 comfortably. though i do have a question for you. in a 1v1 or 1v2 that involves a healer, how do you deal with that with the sns/gs build? i killed a guy and his healer came and and i was just swinging on the guy for minutes before i gave up. seems a bad design they have no limitations like mana or something, outside of arena.
@@officialdabaws5228 yea healers in arena are oppressive. Sometimes you can’t do anything about a good healer. I like to chuck bout 3 heavies then go into onslaught stance for more dmg with the gap closer as they try to escape
Ive been running bow/spear and been getting so tired of all the shield builds out there. Im rolling your sns/spear build, already have most the pieces. Gonna let it rip
That can be your preference. Both spear and s&s scale off of strength and dex (dex-strength, strength-dex respectively) and at the 150 bench mark is where these start to lessen of their secondary stat. I just prefer this balance to utilize my damage and preferred benchmarks on BOTH bars the most. However the 300 dex benchmark passive is great and 300 dex 100 strength is very good too. Just not as much for the S&s . Also, to mention the 10% damage bonus against snared stunned etc ppl is big on this build. We have plenty of those

Solid choice

I should’ve clarified I’m talking about the new earring artifact 👀

Do you like the spear or great sword better? Between the two builds?
I’ll have to admit spear more fun and has stuns. Gs may be better 1vX tho. I prefer running spear
empower leaping works if you switch weapon ?
It does not. So I’d feed some light attacks after
+1 sub! Nyce, a really honest doubt: isn´t worth to use a Kite Shield with counter attack in this kind of heavy damage dealer build?

@@Nyce-Gaming thank you!
Great build. ❤
Thanks 😊
Struggling on deciding on what I should put on my spear. Why not Back Stab Pen?
It’s good but I feel keenly jagged or plagued crits is better for more consistent effectiveness
Unyielding doesn't seem too great with heavy armor since the crit reduction is inherently added to heavy, or is it really additive?
From my understanding it’s additive and the only way to get back to old resilient levels of mitigation. I can double check though
Curious about this as well that’s what I’ve heard
You can't put Plague Crist on Sword... or at last on jackalope antler
No not on jackalope, you’d have to get a different sword
Wow this build is insane indeed
thanks. Feels like a good balance of speed tankiness damage and healing

Enjoying the builds btw!
Yup! So will trenchant recovery

You can change the aim crosshair to red?
yup! Did it recently and it’s been a difference maker!
Think Heavy spear will still be viable if they do this heavy armor dodge nerf?
Theee most viable heavy armor spec. This is what I’ll play the most. The stam return on crits AND less dodge cost after damaging is huge!
at 9min in whats is that song ?? tyvm

How do you find dmg compared to GS version?
Less burst and defense, but a lot more pressure, lockdown, dots, and ‘range’
But whens best to use accelerated resolve?
