But you never know homeowners don’t have a specific look when I moved my neighbors assumed that I was a young woman renting from the previous owner meanwhile she was a long stay tenant. Looks can be deceiving. I lost everything in a hurricane so even though I was humble before I’m even more humble now since starting over. I bought a nice starter home and plan on purchasing my dream home in another state (other than nyc). I pray everyone does the best with what they have truly!
