Maybe I'm a little biased but I absolutely love the way Sungyoon performs. There's just something in the way he moves and carries himself throughout every performance that literally leaves me speechless. His expressions, the way he seems to dance so effortlessly... and not to mention his absolutely incredible vocals. Everything about his performance is mesmerising, seriously. You can even see at around 2:39 he kinda does a half step to slow his pace so that he wouldn't appear too soon on camera, which really shows how professional he is on stage. I really hope after this performance, he and Golden child can gain a lot of recognition and new Goldenness because they are so deserving. Golden Child fighting!

Who else here thought when you first saw Y performed (in any recent performance) that Y would be one of those "arrogant" / cold members and turns out he's not arrogant but is very humble...I am one of these people...hooked to them during Wannabe era because of his voice and his expressions but discovered later he has the heart of gold (all of them do) and is the softest most considerate member...speaking of duality
yes if you are really a non goldenness you'd thought he is a cold one but i think it's because of the charisma and confidence he oozes. When people get to know him they will realize he's actually the opposite. He's a soft person and always appreciate goldenness. ;;A;
Who here didn't expect Woollim would have chosen Y as the opening fairy and center of this performance when you first watched this performance? I screamed twice, first when I saw the opening and second when he took the high notes...it's been a long time seeing this main vocal taking a high note in a main performance and being the highlight of the performance (other than some B-side tracks in their recent album). If you have just got to know him and like his voice, you may want to check out their Don't Runaway, Fantasia and maybe She's My Girl in their recent album... To me he shines a lot in these songs

Vocals aside, he really does well in being a dancer. I like his style of dancing, especially if you’ve seen him take center in the bridge of their What Happened stage. You can really see how his years of training and hardwork have helped him be the choi sungyoon he is today :)))

I’ve watched other groups’ performance and I have just noticed that the reason I like Y’s high note here is because it’s done in two ways different than the others that I felt it made Golcha’s performance stood out..first, they made the other members to leave Y alone there in the centre of the stage to flaunt his high notes when other groups mostly had theirs executed surrounded with members. Second, it’s because it’s not just any other high notes as he took it to two levels (or is it appropriate to say he increased an octave after the first high note) so this appears like he was not just shouting his throat away. I don’t think it’s easy to do that without running out of pitch especially considering that he’s only been in the industry for like what...just over two years (including a year hiatus)..
i know Y is main vocal can sing higher note, but me as his fan also suprised with his high note in this performance..not only him, but all members impressed me..as what they always said,they wanna show their other sides to the Goldenness..im so proud with them

Fun fact about how he he can be great at dancing...during his trainee years, he used to be scolded a lot for not being good at dancing and so he gritted his teeth and made himself a resolution that he will one day dance way better than those trainers...he said himself he’s a perfectionist so he wants to be good in anything that he does and not doing it half-heartedly...to him anywhere could be a stage for them so he’s always eager to perform on the stage.
