Ren is what we didn't know we needed. Ive cried bucket loads of tears in the last 6 months since my Hi Ren experience. I needed it! I had decades of repressed memories from childhood trauma and regret & remorse from my husbands suicide. You need to open the wound to heal it. I'm out of the dark hole and into the Ren Rabbit Hole where I find healing ❤️🩹 💛 💜 💫

The second half of this song is brutal but it is also a good reminder of how it hurts those left behind. Musically, it's another masterpiece! The video is beautiful as well. Ren added the last couple of minutes immediately after he had done his interview with Knox Hill, in which, for the first time, he really talked openly about the circumstances around Joe's death. It feels like he had kept so much buried inside himself and it came out in the interview, and it felt good to honour Joe properly. Here he talks about his guilt for being too late to save him. This is just so tough, being far too tough on himself. I am glad that Joe's story is spreading wider and that people are honouring him but Ren, man, please stop beating yourself up. It was not your fault.
I don't know lol. I'm 57 and only just started bawling after being introduced to Ren. I lost my dad at 3 my mom at 17 and shut down for 40yrs or so. COVID fkd us all up, lost my cousin to fent 2021 and my best friend the week we were burying Greg. I feel apart and all the grief I never dealt with because I wouldn't cry was waiting for me! I've been crying for 2 years now lol and it's wonderful to be honest! What I've learned is, it's in the running we traumatize ourselves even more! We will never get over those we lost so we should put energy into honoring that loss instead of trying to forget. Forgetting isn't an option but embracing our pain and the reality of the loss is. It is in the embrace we grow!! it's progress not perfection. Be kind to yourself and feel what you feel. I'm learning like the rest of us. I think what's so special about Ren is, he gives us all permission to heal and breathe when many of us don't know how. That's why it feels like a guy punch at times. Showing our vulnerabilities is a gift to humanity and courageous!! Thank you for your courage. I think the tears come when we're ready. Ren coming across my algorithm was no mistake. Ren added the last couple of minutes immediately after he had done his interview with Knox Hill, in which, for the first time, he really talked openly about the circumstances around Joe's death. It feels like he had kept so much buried inside himself and it came out in the interview, and it felt good to honour Joe properly. Here he talks about his guilt for being too late to save him. This is just so tough, being far too tough on himself. I am glad that Joe's story is spreading wider and that people are honouring him but Ren, man, please stop beating yourself up. It was not your fault.

I don't know lol. I'm 57 and only just started bawling after being introduced to Ren. I lost my dad at 3 my mom at 17 and shut down for 40yrs or so. COVID fkd us all up, lost my cousin to fent 2021 and my best friend the week we were burying Greg. I feel apart and all the grief I never dealt with because I wouldn't cry was waiting for me! I've been crying for 2 years now lol and it's wonderful to be honest! What I've learned is, it's in the running we traumatize ourselves even more! We will never get over those we lost so we should put energy into honoring that loss instead of trying to forget. Forgetting isn't an option but embracing our pain and the reality of the loss is. It is in the embrace we grow!! it's progress not perfection. Be kind to yourself and feel what you feel. I'm learning like the rest of us. I think what's so special about Ren is, he gives us all permission to heal and breathe when many of us don't know how. That's why it feels like a guy punch at times. Showing our vulnerabilities is a gift to humanity and courageous!! Thank you for your courage. I think the tears come when we're ready. Ren coming across my algorithm was no mistake. This whole community is awesome!!

@@beblogs also I like to hit shit!! Because when the tears stop sometimes the rage comes!! Don't sit in the anger. That's the stage of grief many of us get stuck in. I got a punching bag for that. Sometimes I don't know what to do with those feelings other than sit with it and ride it out.Time doesn't fix anything. We just don't get caught in the riptide and swept out to our ocean of tears as often. But it will always hurt ❤️❤️❤️

It is those left behind who are the real suicide victims, it is the stigma of suicide and the wake of devastation left behind that those close to the edge need to keep in mind, no one wants to be weak and no one wants to hurt those close. considering the feeling of those who have isn't going to stop others from. that's the truth.
