Doesn't interchanging change sign of the Matrix??
Either rows or column are changes then Sign change in determinant of matrix only
Is normal form and canonical form same ?
Names are same but To find rank for any type matrix we use row & column transformation we say its normal form, canonical Y'DY from X'AX quadratic form
In the second step a24 it will be 10 not 14
It will be 14 only
Sir is canonical form and normal form are equal
In quadratic form ,both are same
