Thanks for the prediction, hopefully they aren't correct. We are going to be reading some of them in the podcast after the game so listen out for a mention. :-)
Springboks have won 4 of the last 6 matches against the All Blacks, but have not won against the AB's at Ellis Park in 10 years. It will be a cracking game.
That's it, history is a wonderful thing but what happens on the park when you get two good teams is often up to the rugby gods, but definitely hoping for a cracker.
This HakaTime Rugby guy is so disconnected with reality at the moment! There is no way the AB's will be able to deal with the physicality of the Boks. It's going to be next level stuff and the Boks will win both games. The first half will be tight, but when the nuclear squad goes onto the battlefield, the "mighty" AB's won't be able to deal with them. So sorry Zack, You are wrong bro and this first game will be an eye opener for you that will bring you back to reality!!!
Google the word altitude those guys can’t handle a lot of pace at altitude, watch the last match they were almost sitting down on the grass. Haka time used stats to point that out
The "bomb squad" typically dont all come on at the one time, it is usually in two's. All Blacks have opted for a more mobile squad which may suit altitude and the new laws, the Boks wont be able to slow the game down at scrums to draw breath. I expect Rassie to pull a lot of fake injuries to allow his players to have a rest on the field when the AB's have momentum.
@@Wheres_My_Sports_AtDid you watch the Boks vs Aussies we were trying to speed up the game quick ruck ball was always our first option. Got Grant Williams, Kwaga Smith and Malcom Mark's coming on in the bomb squad plus pollard going to 12. We will see who will try slow the game down.. The All Black's going to been tying alot boot laces.
I think you underestimate All Blacks Rugby if you think anything less than a full strength team will beat the AB's, remember this Bok team had to play out of their skins in last years world cup to beat 14 of them. Granted it's not the same AB's team this weekend that was in last years final either. Best of luck to both teams.
@Basketball_Edition_Podcast 2 nil to All Blacks ? You must have been pub hopping for 3 days straight then made that prediction😂😂. 34 /24 to Boks and another loss for Abs next week as well. Bok power to come through big time.
@Wheres_My_Sports_At yes could be knock on, Fassi was never a yellow card either. We will take the win thanks.Bok power defs came through in the end Bomb Squad son there's your difference.😁
We are planning to do another one of these collaborations in a couple of weeks with Rich and Zac, the mouse clicker has been informed. 🙂We will also be doing a review of this weekends game with the usual team. Thanks for the comment.
Altitude isn’t good for bigger bodies, it’s probably one of the reasons the ABs have won 3 out of the last 4 at Ellis park, When you have a high intensity fast AB side running the boks around the park they fatigue
Last test at Ellis park was ruthless by the ABs, a lot of boks found it difficult to get back onside, I know cause I watched that replay like 10 times after work 😂😂
@derekallan1341 3 days ago altitude does not make any difference any more. Most of the Bok team live down at the coast. Also teams are properly prepared now and arrive early. It's a reshuffle in the AB's pack for sure. We need to remember that Rassie in his first year as Bok's coach only had a 50% win record and he's been in charge of this teams trajectory now for 6 years where Razor has had a couple of months.
They acknowledge that this is a generational springboks team but still call all blacks to win. If the all blacks win even one of those tests then it will prove that this is not a generational boks team. Going on how Rassie has operated thus far I am more inclined to agree with Rich. Boks win the first test with a dominant display then make 7-8 changes and lose the 2nd test by a whisker. Personally, as a bok fan I expect two wins at home and my prediction is also two wins at home. I will go as far as to say one of the tests will be a new record margin for the boks improving on the 35-7 drubbing at Twickenham last year.
@@Wheres_My_Sports_At all blacks are more likely to win the cape town test out of the two. Altitude is a thing whether you like it or not, also the all blacks enjoy lots of local support in cape town whereas Ellis Park will be only maniacal bok fans. Having said that, if we were to lose the first test I don't think that impacts Rassie's plans too much. Approach should be the same and game plan won't change. We don't tend to panic and change everything after a loss. Might see less changes for the 2nd test like Pollard coming in for Sacha, kitshoff starting with Ox on the bench and Jasper Wise starting at 8.
